Jacquelyn D. Marshall, D.V.M. graduated with honors from Texas A & M University, College of Veterinary Medicine in 1988. She practiced in a mixed animal practice until 1991 when she opened Kleinbrook Animal Hospital. Dr. Marshall holds degrees in Biomedical Science (BS), Veterinary Science (BS) and a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine.
Our dogs absolutely love going to Kleinbrook! Dr. Marshall and her staff truly treat their patients like their own pets. When my dogs have appointments, I feel completely informed and know what's going on because I am able to be in the room during the whole appointment. They are very knowledgable about their products and always offer samples.

You can post a picture yourself with contact information on social media websites for others to see and check local veterinary offices and shelters. Microchips are the best way to guarantee your pet returns home, ensure that your contact information is up to date with the company your pets microchip is registered with.

I feel bad for not writing this review sooner because they really went the extra mile and I really appreciated it. There was a last minute change of plans and I was left without anyone to watch my dog only a few days before leaving for vacation. My girl is a rescue and she is extremely nervous around strangers. When she gets scared she barks and growls, the whole nine yards. She also was due for shots. I was in a real pinch. They were able to get her shots updated, take her at only a few days notice and took exceptional care of her. I wish I remembered one of the ladies that works there actually

We’ve been taking our dogs to Kleinbrook Animal Hospital for 17 years! Dr. Marshall and her staff are the best ...very personable, friendly, attentive, caring...I could go on. From beginning to end Dr. Marshall has helped us raise 2 of our dogs and has recently met our new puppy. From meeting your fur baby’s medical needs, to boarding, to answering all of your questions, even the silly ones, she’s the best! We hope she never retires!

The staff are very nice and truly take the time to explain their services and costs in detail. They have seamless Covid-19 protocols that make drop-off and pick up very easy. They take amazing care of both Pets and Pet Parents! I wish I had found them sooner!

Have not been there physically but have contacted them several times via email for estimates. one of the few clinics that actually send me an estimate without requiring my pet to be seen by the doc first. they were not able to get my pet in until next week because it is a one doc clinic. i ended up going somewhere else but my other dog needs to be spayed and this will more than likely be my place of choice.

Our family has been coming to Kleinbrook Animal Hospital for 17 years now, and we continue to highly recommend Dr. Marshall and her staff. Primary reasons: their professional expertise and their loving compassion for our animals. Dr. Marshall is clearly particular about making sure the team she has on board is a perfect fit for care of family pets. Judy and the rest of the staff do far more than manage the phones, computers, and appointments. I am a new client. I have been here 3X. The staff do tend to talk down to you. I think they mean well but assume you know nothing. The place is very clean & highly organized. My problem with them: they sold me a product without disclosing its limitations. My Sophie had 7 kittens. Frontline was on special. Well guess what folks, it doesn't work. Not only did my cat brood get really schizo & whiny, the medication took 1-2days to start working. Cats returned to normal behavior. 4 Days later, I still see fleas!!! Yes, our yard is treated. I bombed the house & shampooed

Dr. Marshall loves animals and that tenderness and kindness radiates from her when she's with your pet. You can just tell she enjoys her job and truly cares for your furry friend.
