Students are often attracted to the Yoga Trapeze for spinal traction and passive backbends, but very quickly they learn that the functional pulling and grip strength offered compliments a mat-based yoga practice to create a full-body fitness routine.
A yoga practice or exercise routine that integrates The Yoga Trapeze, even if just once or twice per week, includes pushing, pulling, holding, twists, backbends, forward bends, hip opening and so much more. You can work your shoulders, calm your nerves, and leave class floating on air.

Massage offers many excellent benefits to our bodies. Improved blood and oxygen flow decreases pain, it helps move nutrients to muscle cells and removes waste products. By triggering physical relaxation, massage relieves tight muscles and releases nerve compression that cause back pain and sciatica.
Statistics show that 80% of the population will have a back pain issue at some point in their life. LACK OF FLEXIBILITY in the shoulders, back muscles, hips, and tops of the legs can lead to injury and chronic pain. How does this happen? Working at a computer all day, commuting to work, lifting weights all create a "locked-up" spine.

Lydie is the absolute best! I started with her six weeks ago, and I've already seen a positive difference in my posture and musculature as well as correcting the pain I had in my upper back.
And when I plateaued in my weight loss journey, it gave me just the kick to get the weight loss going again. I will be taking her classes for a long time to come!

I have been working with Lydie for 2 months now doing pilates, massage, and a range of other exercises and therapeutic techniques in private sessions. Working with her, I have made so much progress in various injuries I have accumulated over time, both old and new, and have gained an incredible amount of strength, balance, and flexibility in such a short amount of time. She has such an impressive amount and range of background knowledge and cannot recommend her highly enough.

Lydia is "HIGHLY RECOMMENDED" I was injured approx 2 years ago and walked with a limp. Although i went to a chriopractor 3 times a week for approx 6 months - i sitll limped and was in pain. I read good things about aerial pilates and had a consultation with lydia. within the first hour she was able to diagnoise the issue; as well as, an injury I had 45 years ago. Within 2 weeks (4 sessions) of doing the GRASTON Techinique & Cupping Method - I am now walking without a limp. The scare tissue from both injuries has dimenshed signaficantly and i feel like i am on the right path for recovery. Lydia

I was doing pilates for many years in California and once I moved back to Florida I went to different studios but I never felt fulfilled. I felt out of place, like you were just another person, movements were not being properly corrected, and real traditional pilates was not being taught.
Then I went to Aerial bodies and met Lydie. She is "the real deal". Every session with her feels like a new learning experience. I am much more aware of my body, my posture and most importantly how to connect so you function better.
Lydie is deeply passionate and a master at her craft. Every time she greets

My husband has Parkinson's and has greatly benefited from the work he did with Lydia. She is an exceptionally caring and competent instructor. My husband Roger over the last two months going twice a week has shown great progress in his strength and balance. I highly recommend Lydia to anyone looking to see a physical improvement in the limitations of Parkinson's.

Lydia is awesome!!!!! I spent 3 months, 3 times a week at a physiotherapist and she did more in three weeks than they did in the 3 months. She listened to my issues and then used her vast knowledge to help deal with the problems. When I walked in to her studio, I was limping and walking like an old lady. I may still be old (Lydia can't fix that) but I am no longer walking like it. Not only did her Pilates knowledge help me begin to get more flexible again, she is an awesome masseuse. I had a hip tendon that had seized up. I complained to the doctor, I complained to the physio and no one did anything

I'm a professional athlete in the gym training several hours twice a day. Ive competed in multiple international events representing the USA and I've had my fair share of massages. I've always tried different people and had my body manipulated by alot of different practitioners. Lydie I would have to say is the most knowledgeable individual I've been worked on by. Highly recommend.

Great place! This is my first go at Pilates and what a wonderful experience. It’s only been 2 weeks so far and I’m already seeing great results!
Update: 3 months into coming here, I am stronger, more active and am fitting into clothes I haven’t been able to use for a year! It’s not hard, the instructors are knowledgeable and guide well! I highly recommend Aerial Pilates.
- The picture of me in a Jean skirt that I tried on today, and it fits!!!!! (First time in over a year!!)

Lydie is the consummate professional trainer. I had never done Pilates before and in her capable hands she had me doing exercises that I would never have thought possible. For a 74 year old male to do a "monkey" Pilates move on my second session is pretty amazing. Her teachings have changed the way I think about staying in shape. Thanks, Lydie!

Lydie has been my saving grace. I have scoliosis which in turn gives me tension headaches.
For years I was unable to find any real relief but with the combination of massage therapy, yoga and Pilates (all done with Lydie) I'm feeling not only the relief of tension headaches but I have more energy, strength and general well being is the best it's been in years.
Lydie is a gifted women who is very intuitive and passionate about helping those in need.

It's a 5 star because of Lydie....this is the place for you if you have real needs - to tone up, lose weight, gain strength or recover from an injury or surgery. Excellent equipment and the best instruction for your needs. If you are out of shape or over 30 or not a beautiful person, you won't feel out of place here - Lydie works with real people who need to improve their health and body. I love the studio because it is very friendly, inviting and everyone works together at their own pace with real personal attention from Lydie constantly...and there is plenty of parking on site and
