I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with training in family systems, relationships, and trauma (EMDR). My passion is working with clients at the intersection of love, sex, relationships, and creative expression. I do this through the lens of Bowen Family Systems. I have a Master's degree in Counseling from Seattle University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Washington.

Through a variety of coaching options, I help clients walk through a process of self-definition to rock a fierce life in line with this commitment. Services
I've spent the last decade in the mental health field, working with some of the most complex clients all while running my own practice. I've taken multiple scary leaps in my life and I don't ask clients to do what I have not done or would not do. I bring a real, no-bullshit perspective that I have honed by being on the frontlines of motherhood, interpersonal challenges, entrepreneurship and personal transformation.
