From Lap swim, to aqua classes, to swim lessons, our 86 degree Jr. Olympic Pool is one of the biggest highlights of our club. So hop in and add a splash of fun to your workout Today! It is never to late to learn how to swim! We offer a 6-week Adult Swim Lesson program. Please call 775-851-7171 and talk to our Aquatics Director to schedule your sessions today!
We offer 45+ classes a week, using scientifically backed fitness programs from Les Mills, as well as other popular group exercise classes. We offer our members a variety of: Strength, Cardio, Dance, Mind and Body, and HIIT based workouts. Classes vary in length of 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 55 minutes, so there is something available for everyones schedule!
Regulus FIT is excited to present Reno's premier boutique fitness experience inside Double Diamond Athletic Club. We offer our signature individualized semi-private FIT class, youth performance classes, and full service private performance coaching. With access to all of Double Diamond Athletic Club's luxury amenities, being a member of this Regulus FIT location is an unmatched fitness experience in Reno.
Update: Due to Phase 2 Restrictions on Nevada's Reopening Plan, Kid's Klub is limited to ten children. If we have more then 10, we will use our Racquetball Court to allow for space to help accommodate your workouts during this time. Age Limit - Children 1 year of age up to 13 years of age are allowed in the Kids Klub.
