The Comprehensive Exam starts with a short meeting with Dr. Hong to address your main concerns or chief complaints about your dental health. Then Dental Digital Radiographs (X-Rays) will be taken by the Dental Assistant. Digital Radiographs are key to clinical examinations. It was a rarity, but I found Dr. Hong from Yelp! Staff and services are top notch, with employees having worked with Dr. Hong for many years. That really says something about a business. Love the clean office and how treatments are thoroughly explained in detail. They're also great with kids. I really feel valued and highly recommend Dr. Hong.

Adulting can be hard, and it was time for me to finally pick a new dentist since I recently moved and wanted something a bit closer. I looked at reviews for all the local dentists in my area, and found Dr. Hong only a block away. I simply can't complain.
First, I was greeted by Shanon, at the front desk, and she is amazing! She not only is able to tell you your exact portion you will be paying out-of-pocket, she is amazing at scheduling. Shanon makes it easy that you are able to make a plan (financially) of all your dental procedures so that you won't go over your insurance maximum,

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Hong for a couple of years. From the moment you walk in the door to the time you leave you are treated by a great staff. Dr. Hong is outstanding. Not only with her treatment, but in keeping you informed. Not many other dentists take you from the chair to their office to sit down with you and explain everything in your treatment to you. We highly recommend Dr. Hong.

Still a great place to get some dental work done. Very accommodating and understanding when it comes to cancellations. Dr. Hong's office is very clean and the staff is very friendly. You can tell that they care very much about their work because the waiting room is kept clean and feels very welcoming. Their records are kept well in order and the receptionist is very tidy. Me and my husband have been seeing Dr. Hong for many years. She is wonderful - detail and gentle. Can't ask for more! Recently, she had identified something which require removal by an oral surgeon in a timely manner. The surgeon we've found under our insurance plan would not even make an appointment until receiving approval from our health insurance approval. Dr. Hong helped us find another surgeon who would take us while communicating with the insurance company. This saved a lot of time. My experience with Dr. Hongs office is second to none...why I said that is because each time I go to my appointment...I am being treated like a princess!!! they do make sure that I am comfortable. Dr. Hong's employees are GREAT on what they do and very knowlegeble.
Ms. Jean is always very pleasant on the phone and in person...Dr. Hong what can I say...she always strive for her patience benefits...meaning she makes sure that her patience get the best dental care out there, on top of the great customer service her staff provides.
