Services
We allow 2 pets max per unit, and only cats and dogs are allowed. There is a $350 non-refundable pet deposit, and pet rent is $25/mo per pet. Restricted dog breeds include: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, German Shepherds, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, or a mix of any of the above.

Apartments are horrible and infested with mice they don’t want to fix anything my entire apartment smelled like gas and they pretended to put a work order on and nobody came out. I had no door knob on my front door and can’t use my water in my bathroom sink cus it smells. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

My girlfriends heat has been off over a month it's almost December she has a 5 month old baby and we have called and send 50 emails and still over a month with no heat going into winter I've contacted fox 2 problem solvers I'm hoping they are gonna help her get heat there. no one should have to go without heat she can't even stay there. yet they send email about rent is due but can't fix the heat the maintenance guys are not trained they broke her microwave and almost caught apartment on fire changing a plug this is the worst place if you have kids save yourself the hassle do not got to this place

My experience here has been nothing short of amazing. When I first stopped in to look at the apartments before making the move, everyone in the office made me feel very welcome. I didn't even look anywhere else after that. Since I have moved in, every maintenance request I have called in has been completed promptly and they are still just as friendly as day one. What is even better is that I really like all my neighbors too. The kids love the pool and I love that it always stays clean and blue unlike the last place I lived. It seems as though they stay on top of things here. Great place.

Been a great experience so far! Everyone has been super helpful and friendly and I haven't had any complaints at all. I love how I'm close to everything but it seems like I'm in the middle of nowhere noise-wise. They are really pet-friendly which is great because I couldn't go anywhere without Sammy, my cat. Overall it's great.
