When you visit us, you are likely to find one of our clinic cats roaming around. Luke was found injured by Animal Control. As we healed him, we informed them that we would keep him since the staff just fell in love! Luke truly owns the front and he will likely be there waiting with Patrick to greet you in the mornings!
1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card. 3. When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. Capitol Animal Clinic understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through the CareCredit program.
Medical Acupuncture works by using therapeutic effects of needling. The needles activate nerve fibers by the point of insertion, bringing changes that help to balance nerve signaling and neurotransmitter activity from the "periphery" of the central nervous system and autonomic system. Acupuncture takes into account that every system in the body is connected and affects every other system in some way.

Microchipping is an essential part of any pets life, because of the simplicity of the process and the peace of mind it brings to your family. A microchip is a tiny device which contains unique identifying information about a pet, containing an ID number for each pet (we proudly offer AKC reunite chips).
Capitol Animal Clinic is proud to offer state-of-the-art technology. Radiology allows our veterinary team to look inside the body in an entirely non-invasive way. X-rays allow us to create images of all the body's organs. This allows us to see what is previously unseen and gives us quick answers to what's going on with your pet's health.

Awesome people work here!!! They got us in the same day we called, listened to our concerns with our puppy as well as answered all our questions. They truly love the fur babies, the Dr. was talking to our puppy telling her what he was going to have to do. Our puppy got better quickly with their help.

My dogs have problems with ear infections being a consistent problem. I have on more than one occasion asked for a treatment ointment that I can use myself at home. They won't give me one and keep asking to come back everytime. Money pit unfortunately. Almost all of visits have been around or north of $300 each time whether I bring one or both. Last visit was cheaper but we have to keep coming back for an ear infection. If you can't help the owners out with self cleaning/ maintenance at home then I it sure feels like it's all about the money. And that's not a very good feeling.

We take our dog and our cat here. They are incredibly kind, helpful and sweet. They were good and patient with both of our fur babies. They also have the CUTEST little kitties roaming around inside that we love to visit. I've always been weary of veterinarians, but I would trust these people with any animal of mine. Thank you all so much for being so incredibly wonderful to our animals and to us every time we come in.

I got the bad news my best friend has cancer and it's terminal. The female veterinarian was so kind and helpful. She looked at my dogs issues from every possible angle, and did all she could to ensure that all bases were covered so that my doggo left with (hopefully) all she needs to be comfortable and happy in the remaining time she has here in this lifetime with me.

Have taken all my animals here for vaccines and had my male kitten neutered here. Decent priced, very friendly, helpful staff!!! And my 2 year old cat got very sick & they helped took very good care of him and he has made a full recovery and is completely back to himself, after a week ago I thought I was going to lose him. Highly recommend then to all, very satisfied with all they have done with my animals for me!!! Thank you so much!!! Very caring staff!!!

Capitol Animal Clinic is great! They've made my Loki feel safe. We've been 3 times & each time was a great experience & the prices aren't horribly expensive. They offer day boarding so you can drop your pet off & they will examine him on their schedule. It's great if you have to work or other plans. Their hours are also great as they are open later than 5! Overall, I feel confident in bringing my pup there & know he's in good hands! Definitely recommend!

Left our dog there over the 4th of July holiday due to our normal Vet kenneling being full and out of the way for our trip. Learned my lesson. Always make reservations early and what's 45 minutes out of the way? Not much if you trust their service.
We dropped our dog off on Friday night with enough of her medication to last until Tuesday night. Upon picking her up she had more food left over than she should have which maybe she didn't eat as much since she was kenneled and not home BUT she had 7 phenobarbitol pills left and we sent exactly enough to get her to Tuesday night. This vet office is great! They are super nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I travel throughout the U.S. and this is the cheapest I have ever had to spend on a vet visit with vaccinations! They are efficient and they get you in and out. Please don't hesitate to bring your furry family members here you won't be disappointed.
