I went here the first time. The massage was average. The masseuses were nice at first until I started making payments. They demanded 20% tips and said that it was mandatory in Bellevue, WA. They were not happy unless I tip 20%. The business is not professional because it doesn’t state on their website that it will require a 20% tip. I was not satisfied with the experience. Sadly, I will not go back there again.

Went here for the first time today. On first walking in, I noticed they’re using Lysol air freshener- and a lot of it. It was really overpowering. I made a reservation for steam room at 11 and massage after at 11:30. I arrived at 11 and they seemed surprise I was doing the steam room first (despite the reservation being set that way. Not a big deal, they needed time to get it ready so we’re able to start my massage right away. My massage was rough, and I feel bruised and sore after asking repeatedly for a softer touch. I have had many massages in my life and usually like to see someone associated with a Chiropractic office and not a spa because my experience with "spa" massages have not been great. That being said, I wasn't sure what to expect with this place and it was AMAZING. Quite possibly the best massage I've ever had. Jenny could tell right away where my issues were and knew which vertebrae were off in my neck and back. Usually I'm sore the next day after a massage but today it hit me a few hours later...but I can tell she really made a difference and I will definitely be going back here. I sit at a desk

I had to come over to Bellevue form Eastern Washington for a doctors appointment and was looking for a reasonably priced massage while here. This place was perfect! I was able to get a two hours massage with Julia, who is was easily worth twice that. There hours are reasonable for anyone who can’t go during working hours and their facilities are clean and were able to accommodate both my sister and myself. Without a doubt highly recommend!!

Loved that I was able to drop in during my break. Friendly and convenient for the location and reasonably priced. I let my therapist know I had tightness on my right leg but still wanted a full body massage. She did the massage and also took time to focus on my leg and I felt so much better after the 30 min session. Definitely coming back again!

Went in with short notice severe neck and calf pain. Paid for a one hour massage. Lan (Carrie) was amazing!! She found places on my body that hurt that I didn't know about! I left there being able to walk without a limo AND turn my head! Considering I drive a street sweeper for a living I need mobility in my neck!! Thank you so very much for the help! I'm coming back next week.

I usually never write reviews but I am compelled to write one due to the horrible experience I had today. I opted for a 1 hour massage. I felt the massage was just OK (I have had better massage in some other spas who charge similar fees). But that's all was fine. Mid way through the massage, I was asked how much I am going to tip. Seriously??? The masseuse also demanded some $$$ tip and told me that other clients also pay her the same. To this, I politely replied isn't it up to me how much I pay and can't I decide after I am done with the service? Then she again asked how much I am thinking of

Got a fabulous deep tissue massage from Jenny last week. Came back feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Jenny may look tiny but has a lot of strength. My instructions were simple.. Use lots of pressure on my legs and lots of technique on my back. When we had 20mins or so left, she asked me if there was any area that I wanted her to focus on and did a good job on areas that I pointed out.
I did not get the first timers 10% discount that the last few reviewers mentioned. But I was extremely pleased with the value I had gotten for 70$/hr, paid a handsome tip and will definitely go back.
