This allows our trainers to create a complete program customized to your needs.
Services
Everyday Athletes Fitness Solutions here in Louisville is your premier location for personal training. Personal training is about getting you the results you want as fast as possible. With the popularity of personal training locations opening in Louisville we knew we needed to stand out. We strive to be the most personalized training option in Louisville.
You walk into the gym, start out with the treadmill and then spend 45 minutes wandering around trying to copy at other gym-goers, while not looking completely lost. You may occasionally try something new, unsure if you're doing it right or if it's even effective before you're completely frustrated and head home anyway because time is up and you've had yet another unproductive day at the gym.
Some days it feels impossible to fit all of your daily responsibilities into 24 hours. Between work and kids, family and friends, who has an extra two or three hours to spend at the gym? Our small group personal training saves you time and money by creating a workout team that makes it possible to get quality results without spending countless hours (by yourself) at the gym.
Today's athletic programs for youth are more competitive than ever. To be successful, youth need the sports training necessary to teach their brain and body to work together in amazing ways. Our personal trainers are here to help your child to reach their athletic potential. If you have a son or daughter who dreams of being a basketball star, playing college football, or making the varsity volleyball team, Everyday Athletes can help.
Start a new year, lose a little, regain most, and essentially you still look the same year after year after year. The good news is, it is a lot easier than you think. Losing weight is not about sticking to a diet, it's about changing your lifestyle and it doesn't have to be hard, painful, or time- consuming (and you don't have to starve in the process).

Love this gym. Joined here after my old gym shut down during covid and I needed another place open 24 hours.
They have tons of options when it comes to free weights and machines, pretty anything you can think of is available. Good selection of cardio equipment as well. It's a very large gym so even when it is busy it doesn't feel as crowded as smaller gyms do.
Kept clean, in good shape and they are always adding new stuff, well worth the price. Definitely recommend this gym.

Great facility and great people. One of the best values in town. On top of that, I appreciate their customer service. I had a small issue with billing and they went above and beyond to make it right.

My daughter and her boyfriend competed in a competition there. They both won something. The parking is very bad. They need to fix it for things like this.

This is a great place to get in shape, especially if you haven't had much experience with exercising and weight training. The guys (and ladies) here are not just good at what they do they are very knowledgeable about their profession, which makes a huge difference when every body is unique. Brad, Brian, Justin, Disney, the list goes on and on. Great, great people. We will be long time customers and friends.

Find this gym a couple of months ago and so glad. My wife and I signed up to work with Chance, one of their personal trainers to help us with strength and flexibility. He gives us a great workout and is sincerely interested in our progress.

Without any reservations, I highly recommend Everyday Athletes & the coaches to anyone wanting to meet and exceed their fitness goals regardless of experience level.

After a recommendation from a friend, I tried the free 2 week trial with Chance at Everyday Athletes. At first, I was a bit curious what I could learn from someone else since I had purchased a few fitness books, read blogs, watched videos and frequently reviewed the exercise program of the month through popular magazines. Although I had never had formal training with free weights, I was under the impression the only real goal
