So let's address the latter first Phoenix media has more than be reliable when it comes to our printing jobs they are on time they keep up to their promises and they even make sometimes magic happen when you are in a hurry. This is the reason why I love to work with a local company instead of one of those bigger companies that just do not even have the chance to care about every single customer I have the feeling Phoenix media

I was recently in the market for a large print order for my business. Phoenix media has come highly recommended by local friends who I've asked about printing services. I contacted them asking for a quote and gave all my specifications in full detail and told someone would return my call promptly. I missed a phone call from a representative letting me know they had a quote ready for me. I called back 3 times in the following days and was unable to reach anyone in time to send them my print order and give them my business. I love these guys. Very friendly and helpful and they had no problem reprinting my biz cards when I felt the color wasn't what I expected. I've had them create several large banners as well, which are durable and good looking. I will definitely keep using them for my printing needs.

Don't know the staff members name, however when they called me to inform me my order was ready (tickets) I was excited! He stated he wanted to let me know my order was ready in case I needed them for the weekend. I was able to contact someone who happen to be in the area to pick them up so I could begin selling them over the weekend and not miss a beat! I'm sticking with my local printer, Phoenix Media!

I worked with Phoenix Media to print and mount a large welcome sign and seating chart for my wedding. Ron was SUPER helpful, quick to respond and patient with my many questions. He responded to my request for a quote right after I emailed him on Monday morning and had a proof to me before other vendors even responded. And he had the best price! The signs turned out perfectly. I wish every vendor for my wedding was as great to work with as Phoenix Media. Thank you!

We've ordered from Phoenix Media several times now, from beautiful glossy promotional post cards to trade show banners. Not only is the team incredibly responsive (their chat system is quick and you get connected immediately), but anytime an order may have not turned out correctly, they have been quick to re-do the shipment at no charge. Their service has been fantastic and we only order from them.

I had an order of business card that were expected by a certain day, for an important business meeting the next day. They didn't show up on the shipment to the store. Patrick made the extra effort to tract down someone at the printing facility out in Hillsboro and arrange for a messenger service to deliver them to me that evening. It all worked out good, due to Patrick going the extra distance.

I hired Phoenix Media remotely to print and hang 500 flyers around Portland to promote a free computer science class at the Portland Community College.

The team at Phoenix did an EXCELLENT job -- ran around to public libraries, specific zip codes, lots of neighborhoods. They went the extra mile to make sure this class was promoted. (I even audited their work to make sure stuff was up!) Ron was AWESOME. I am so thankful we used them for this job. Could not recommend them higher.

These guys are fantastic.

I was looking for someone local to print a small quantity (~100 copies) of a poster and, later, a trifold brochure. In both cases Patrick (the guy who helped me) was cordial, laid back, and super-helpful. He was also extremely patient, which was good since I'm an amateur designer and had never created stuff like this before, so there were a few problems with the files I uploaded. He helped me work through them with a minimum of fuss.
