I work for a solo practitioner in a family law firm in Fairfield, CA. I needed something served on an attorney's office before 10:00 a.m. today in Fresno. I called them at 9:00 a.m. and they had them served by 9:35. Fantastic customer service and so easy to communicate with. Prices are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend them. No disrespect to the staff but I saw another client that recently left a 1 star review for lack of communication and I would have to agree. I had submitted some documents which I required to be served urgently and same day if possible, two weeks have passed and they have still not been served. I found myself politely inquiring multiple times about any status update on the service of the documents only to be responded to days later informing me that 5 out of the 6 attempts I paid for had already been expended. These guys ROCK and very inexpensive. I had a very hard to serve paper and they not only got it done but sent status at every point of the way. Server called from location and said he'd wait for subject to make himself available. The old adage "you only get what you pay for" is not true with Eddings......they gave a superior product for a nominal fee.

I was really stressed out about getting my ex served and Sherri made it so much easier and really saved me. Best service I’ve had in a long time. Julie was so so helpful and Sherrie was amazing. Same day service. I literally called at 12:30pm, met Sherrie at 3:30pm and had my service done by 4:10pm.
