Blaine Family Veterinary Hospital is proud to serve Blaine, Minesota and surrounding areas. We are searching for a full-time and a part-time experienced Veterinary Technician (CVT not a requirement) to join our team. The ideal candidate will work well as a team, possess excellent communication skills, and is motivated, experienced, and compassionate. Clinic hours are 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday, and 9am - 12pm on Saturdays.
At Blaine Family Veterinary Hospital in Blaine, MN we believe that regular checkups and wellness exams are critical to your pet's well-being. These wellness exams give us a chance to evaluate the overall health of your pet while also giving us a baseline for their own unique bodies and tendencies. Not only do these exams keep us up-to-date with your pet's health, they also allow us to detect potential problems before they become serious.
If you have any questions about your pet's diet or would like more information about your pet's nutritional needs please contact us today. We can set up a nutrition plan for your pet. Obesity is a common problem among pets, as it can be easy to overfeed a pet that knows how to beg. But being overweight is a serious problem for animals, and can cause real health problems as they get older.

Brought my cat Pappa to the Clinic for emergency care. The staff was wonderful. Dr. Krista was so compassionate and caring. I have transferred our pets care over to the clinic. Thank you to all of you for the wonderful experience when I was at my lowest time. Pappa is doing great!!!!

Blaine family vet, its staff and veterinarians have always been excellent with my animals. They've been accommodating and kind, and are willing to answer my desperate phone calls and always respond in a timly manner! Dr. Cardetti has been a delight to work with and helped sooth my kitty and myself in a stressful situation.

Brought my cat here for a dental. I'm very bonded to him and protective. They were extremely professional, kind and thorough throughout the whole process. They quoted me on the high end and I ended up spending less than anticipated which I thought was commendable. Apparently my cat also enjoyed his experience and would like to go back to see them because he has been hanging out in his carrier since I brought him home. I'm slightly offended! haha

Twice now, I have gone to alternative sources for medications for my pets. Chewy.com for my cat's insulin, and Tractorsupplyrx.com for my dog's flea and tick treatment.
The insulin was denied by the Vet because it is a change, (Yes, it was almost $60 less money for the same insulin, but branded differently), and the Vet who called me kept stressing, "Well, this will be just like starting over," when I explained I could not afford the medication I received from them, as if I was being dismissive of my pet's care. I feel fortunate I can afford insulin for the cat at all, many people cannot. Finally
