This review is long over due. Due to Covid most retail stores were closed but Master Copy and Print was able to help me give a unique Valentine's Day gift to my husband. Ahmed worked with me to put the little details into such a personalized gift. I haven't used them for other printing needs but Ahmed is an easy person to work with and I highly recommend Master Copy and Print.

Walked in today and asked how much they charge for 8.5 x 11 standard colored copies. He asked me how many, I told him 2. He said $10 for 2. I was in shock. What a rip off. I walked right out in utter shock that this guy looked me in my eyes and told me he wants to charge me $10 for two 8.5 x 11 prints right out of his printer that I normally pay 39 cents for at my local print shop in Westwood. Complete rip off.

My brother in law was killed tragically by reckless street racers one week ago today and we reached out to this master copy to help us prepare 2 posters for his funeral. The owner, Eddie, was patient and thorough in helping us prepare a beautiful collage. Eddie was so touched by the tragedy that he didn't even charge us. Thank you Eddie for helping our family during this difficult time.

I came to this store to print out a 30-page work document, which was priced at 10 cents a page. I was directed to a computer in order to pull up the file and send to the printer. It wasn't until after the document was printed that I was told that I had to pay an extra $3 for "computer usage".

I came in the store no greeting. I said I'm ready. Lady sits from behind her desk, not looking at me "Yes?". I say i need to print out one paper. She said ok use the computer. I go on the computer print my 1 sheet. She walks over says its 3.00. I ask why she says when you use the computer its 3.00 for 2 hours. I said ma'am I sat at that computer for less than 5 mins. I said I have ten cents for the printed paper. She says no no and waves me off tells another man to come out and he says SO READ THE SIGN.
