Drucker Fitness changes people's lives through fitness, but more specifically training. We offer one on one training as well as small group training and bootcamp style workouts for larger groups. I am Pre & Post Natal Certified so I train expectant mothers, women trying to get pregnant and new mom's getting back into their fitness after giving birth.
Being a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, Drucker Fitness also specializes in training athletes of all ages & levels; it's never too early to start training, as long as they are surrounded by the right people. My only criteria for accepting a client is commitment. I train clients out of my Personal Training studio in Tarrytown, New York as well as virtually.

Gabby is an incredible personal trainer and business owner! I partnered with her to offer her fitness clients and my nutrition clients at Food Mood Gratitude an opportunity to Learn n' Burn. I led a nutrition chat about pre/post workout nutrition and she followed with a killer bodyweight conditioning workout. Gabby changed my life! I have yo-yo'd my entire life and worked out off and on. I have worked out with a bunch of different trainers but it wasn't until I started working out with Gabby that I have been able to maintain a consistent exercise routine for over two years now. Gabby is THE REAL DEAL -- hands down. When I first met Gabby over two years ago, I had been on a multi-year hiatus from working out (after having been a 6-7 day a week exerciser for probably 20 years). I had fallen off the wagon in a big way and was really nervous to get back into the swing of things. We were neighbors when I lived in Philadelphia, and that's how I started training with Gabby. I just graduated from school then, with a body burnt out by the heavy school workload and a super messed up diet. I wanted to switch to a better lifestyle with efficient workout routines and healthy diet.
Gabby setup a three workouts per week schedule with me. We discussed my fitness goal beforehand so that she could design the most efficient workout routine for me. Her training plans for me mostly utilized self-weight, which is very beginner-friendly
