I made an appointment initially and was told last minute (15 mins before my appointment), Mr. Sierra had a "personal emergency" and could not speak with me. I completely understood & was very kind when I spoke with his assistant Jennifer, as we all have so much going on with this National Pandemic! So I received a call on my next scheduled appointment only to be told he was "not interested" in helping me! Apparently he can't make enough money on my case! I was not served any paperwork on a bogus lawsuit by a third party named Midland Credit, who is well known (and documented) as a "bottom feeder
