Spoke with Enrique, the President of the company. I introduced myself, and without hesitation he answered my phone call saying "what do you need." Very unprofessional considering how high his position is in the company. Didn't have a conversation, was completely disregarded with the information I was trying to discuss with him and then rudely hung up. Not a great way to handle business at all.
