The maintenance team has always been amazing but the office staff is hit or miss and rotates frequently. We're currently on manager 5 I believe in 3 years.
The last 2 managers have been terrible when it comes to communication. No answers to calls or emails. Reaching out to Village green has been no more productive

The old management at the leasing office was great and very helpful. Since they have been replaced I have reported that the lawn maintenance team damaged my vehicle and have yet to hear back after an email, and a voicemail after the original phone call. In one phone call I even reported that the water in my kitchen wasn't draining and haven't been contacted at all. My schedule doesn't allow me to visit in person to the office to sit and argue with the management so responsiveness would be nice.
As for the apartment all of my appliances work well enough but definitely dated. I have had to do more

I've lived here almost two years.. Not worth the money. They're overpriced, and haven't been updated nearly enough to reflect that price. The maintenance team is great. However there's only so much they can do when it comes to real problems.
I had to argue with management about replacing a 14 year old water heater that was consistently dumping rust into our water. And I've complained about our AC not working three times with no results because there isn't a quick, simple fix. The thermostat is set to 68°. My unit is currently 76°, and my electric bill in the summer is close to $300 for a 900

I deliver to the vistas daily, of the four apartment complex’s that I deliver to, this is by far the best and my favorite on my route! The snow is always removed and my mail boxes are always clean, the maintenance crew, Victor and Louis are always so helpful!! Whenever I have any questions about anything, everyone on the team is always very accommodating and super friendly! The clubhouse/office is one of the nicest that I visit every day!!

We moved from out of state and the staff were so very patient and helpful to ensure success. Once we moved in we found the maintenance staff were always committed to fixing whatever issue you had. They were by for the very best of what makes Vista successful. After three years, we move into a home. The staff was so gracious and helpful at every turn. Many places will tell you "we are like family here" but at Vista it is a fact. If you are looking for a place to stay for awhile, I would say this is a great place. I say that because of Louis, Victor and the wonderful staff that is so helpful.

The Vista has been a Gem to reside at ! The whole staff is so wonderful, very accommodating, and keep the residents informed of any changes !! Our family has been living here for two years and find that the value is outstanding and the price is affordable! The units are well kept and the grounds stay maintained, it’s generally a quiet area to live, lots of families of all backgrounds here, very divers and functional, and pet friendly!!! Highly recommend! Easy move in process, and now that our little family has grown we are finally buying our first home , we are not surprised that moving out is

I only lived there for a few months but their office staff is wonderful, they took care of any and all problems in a timely manner. They made me feel welcomed and appreciated. When I had to move due to work they even helped me find a new apartment. I would 1,000% recommend anybody to live here. Out of my 10+ years of renting apartments this is by far the best experience to date

I really love living here. The office staff has been very helpful and nice. Victor and Louis have been awesome and very pleasant to work with when it comes to anything I need from maintenance. The townhouse is nice and a good place for myself and kids. The staff really makes living here extra nice. I would recommend it to everyone. Andy M.
