Lived at Serenade for a year and a half. Overall great living experience, but a terrible post-living experience thus far. Tenants are supposed to receive their security deposit (or portion remaining of) within 21 days of moving out per CA law. We are now on day 38 since we moved out and have not received our deposit back. I have reached out to the office multiple times in the past two weeks and was promised a follow up as well as an email by the end of the day, to which never happened. Not following up on commitments is not the right way to do business. Unless you want this same experience, I do

I love living at Serenade so far. Our apartment is perfect, its quiet, haven't had any problems with neighbors, the staff is very nice and our maintenance is amazing! They always come as soon as they can and fix anything that needs to be fixed. My only complaint is PARKING is HORRIBLE, if you don't have enough assigned spots for you, you are gonna have a horrible time finding parking. If you get home passed 3 pm you are gonna be out of luck, and on Sundays you will find no parking. Other than that its been great but they need to figure something out with the parking situation.

I have lived here for almost 6 months and it is lovely. Very quite close to everything and the amenities are great. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is they did not account for how horrible the parking situation is, if you aren’t home before 5 you will be walking up to a mile to get home. They need to make a parking lot or figure something out it’s pretty ridiculous. Other than that it is great.

Great area, right next to the collection with a very clean upkeep. The amenities are convenient and the staff has been very attentive with all concerns. The professionalism and service was exceptional when times have been very difficult during this pandemic. Definitely want to show my appreciation for their outstanding work.

An amazing atmosphere with even more amazing employees. They do an amazing job making you feel welcome and comfortable. I had no issues when talking to the employees and they made sure to answer questions I had. The complex itself has many amenities available for use from a gym, computer lab all the way to a bowling alley! I would highly recommend taking a tour of the serenade if you’re looking for an apartment, 10/10.

Do not live here. The parking situation is horrendous, they tow your car (550$) without any warning. The parking garages are super small. The pool and spa are closed almost every other month. The gym is small and doesn’t fit the needs. They charge you an extra 40$ a month for gym and pool access. The bowling area is just a scam Bc it’s only open during business hours which is 9-5. Overall horrible experience. Definitely recommend looking at other places to live in the area. Can’t wait to move out.

The apartment unit itself is super nice and comfortable. If you get a one bedroom apt and have two cars, good luck finding parking. It’s nice to have a garage for storage and one car but unfortunately one of us is always searching the whole neighborhood for parking, forcing most people to illegally park at the elementary school or corporate areas with risk of being towed. Rents increase dramatically every year including the pet rent and no discount on amenity fees during covid shut downs.

The lady’s in the office are very nice and helpful. They showed me a 1 bedroom and then a 2 bedroom. They went out of there way to help me and I can’t think them enough. With everything that I’m going threw this was the best thing I did for me and my son, he can go swimming and when they open up the bowling alley we will use it

The property is well kept and conveniently located. Prices are a little high, but you're getting what you pay for and is comparable to other similar properties. The staff is great and the few times I placed work order or communicated concerns to the leasing office, they were on top of it in no time. I would like even more parking stalls, but I'll just be knit-picking at that point.
