Hand cut filet mignon strips, marinated in our spiced tomato marinade, sauteed, and laid atop 5 italian bread crostinis with fresh basil, diced grape tomatoes, olive oil, diced garlic, and melted buffalo mozzarella. Homemade gumbo with shrimp, Andouille sausage, bacon and crawfish in an traditional roux with white rice.

We tried. My wife and I have given them 4 chances over the last 8 months to keep our business but the food quality has just dropped off the face of the earth. We finally sent all of our food back and left. We have heard each time we commented on the food quality that they have new staff and they are changing. I wish them luck.

I guess if you in to "liberty" this is the place for you. If you are into your health, this is the place to avoid. It is dirty and the food isn't worth the calorie intake. Fattening food can be great fun, but it must be good. I am a wings guy and these were the worst wings I have ever had. Then there is the issue of crowds, the virus and safety. I will leave that decision to you.

Food was cold, half cooked, dry, over priced and tasteless. I get being a "hole in the wall" kind of place but the place was so dirty--carpet, bathroom floors, everywhere was so sticky your shoes stuck. Server was ok and tried his hardest, but the bad food overshadowed the experience. Can't in good conscience recommend this place to anyone.

Suggested to my husband that we try brunch at this local spot. Food was mediocre and bland. Don’t have a “special” if you do not have all of the ingredients. The carpets had food debris all over as if they hasn’t been vacuumed in days. Our waitress was a younger gal name Ally who was very cold towards us and proceeded to tell us that she had been sick which worried us because no masks were worn by staff. We will not come back.

Love this place, sometimes you can catch owner Ben Brown visiting the guests - he clearly cares about his patrons. Most recently, Ashley served us and was attentive and efficient. I ordered the Eggs Benedict with sweet potato fries for Sunday brunch. Fries were excellent (crispy with perfect saltiness) and, since I asked for the eggs to not be runny, they delivered--with excellent hollandaise to boot.

Second time visiting Satchmo's.
I'm guessing they are having some staffing problems. Food quality was poor this visit.
Seafood spinach dip was served cold with stale chips. Grilled Chicken Salad Explosion had grill debris from burgers on the grilled chicken and cooked into the quesadilla.
The blackberry Margarita was perfect. Unfortunately, I had to go to the bar and place a separate order because no one attended to us after we were seated.
Service was not attentive. Staff did not complete basic steps I am used to when I am spending over $100 for 2 at dinner.

Went six months ago. Let me tell you something! The owner is helping to spread covid-19. Rather than responsibly acting like the majority of restaurants in the county are by doing curbside carry out. I would rather go to a vending machine as far as flavor goes. Give you money to ANY other restaurant that is not involved in non sense litigation against the county

Well, with high hopes and anticipation, we headed out in this post Covid Vaccination World to seek libation and sustenance! After mulling over the current local prospects, we decided to go to Satchmo's Pub, sit at the bar, maybe order The Brick and have something delicious on tap!
We succeeded in one of those objectives!
Yes, I get it! It's Friday evening, 630 pm to be exact. Yes, we did get two seats at the bar. But, the prospect of sustenance and a delicious libation eluded us!

This place was amazing. Best food I have ever had at a bar and grill by far. All 4 of us had something different - etouffee, jambalaya, shrimp and grits - all completely authentic and full of flavor. Brick house was French dip- again- best I have ever had. And don't get me started on the homemade donuts with chocolate sauce! Ridiculous. Will be back soon! Oh and service was awesome also!!!

In town, pulled up the website and saw some good looking tacos. Unfortunately they don't have them on the menu just on Thursdays. Great customer service is..... the Bartender (Corey) says let's see if we can make it happen. Then a tap on the shoulder from the chef (Les) you wanted some tacos? I got you!!! I appreciated the whole vibe!! Game on, good drink, and excellent tacos!!!!!! See you all soon
