Small group classes held throughout the day that include a warm up, mobility and a workout, most sessions also include a dedicated strength training session. Classes are guided and monitored by at least one coach, depending on class size. Classes typically last between 40-60 minutes. Small group classes that meet twice a week with a focus on Olympic Weightlifting Movements and their associated movements.
Paid in advance of service on the 1st or 15th day of each month. New memberships are prorated for the first month. Regular dues apply thereafter with payments made the 1st or 15th day of each month. Dues are paid by monthly automatic electronic payment (credit card or debit card). Membership dues for month-to-month memberships may increase at anytime with 30 days notice.

Not bad at all to see my nephew come here. I was there to check out. The owner, Brett and his staff are cool. There way of training is good and produce nice results.
Sadly, this place is a bit outdated. They could work on making it more nice on decor. More colors and energy to it. Needs to be more clean on the top of the racks and other areas with dust on some areas. I mean a lof of neat stuff to use but lack of keeping it neat.

This is my favorite gym. I've been to a few others that are actually closer to where I live, but this one is my favorite. The coaches are always approachable, friendly, and work with me to hit my fitness goals. The other people at the gym are always friendly. It's almost like an extended family here.
The gym is clean and well kept, and it's open when I need it to be. What else could you ask for in a gym?

I've been working out with Brian at CF Purpose for a little over a month now, and even in that short amount of time, the results have been fantastic. I've shed weight, put on muscle, and am actually excited to go work out every day. Brian is extremely knowledgeable on proper form in both Crossfit and Olympic weightlifting techniques, so you can be sure you're maximizing every movement you take at CF Purpose.
