We are a family owned business delivering honest and professional Automotive Repair and Auto Maintenance services in San Ramon and surrounding areas. We are also a Star Smog Station in San Ramon. I took my car here because my check engine light came on. I told the dude it sounded like it needed a tune up and he openly blew me off. Then charged me $497 and kept my car for 2 days to change my spark plugs. Got the car home after being screwed over on the plugs and noticed that the windshield had a chip/crack that wasnt there prior. The owner did the right thing and replaced it, and refunded part of the $315 of labor he charged me for plugs.
So they had my car for 3 days total, 2 for the plugs and 1 for the windshield, and when I picked it up on the 3rd day my heater/AC wouldnt blow air. I

The owner of Diablo Auto Care is known by Chris, is exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable while being very honest and ethical. Chris will give you REAL numbers UPFRONT including the smaller additional costs many shops seem to add in later or surprise you with later. Chris makes every effort to ensure every client is both safe and comfortable. Based on how long the repair will take Diablo Auto Care offers drinks while you wait, or rides based on the duration of the repair/work being done by Diablo Auto Care.

I went in there with a problem, I came out with the problem fixed. Diablo has more than proved themselves to me. They have excellent employees who get the job done in a professional manner. They don't charge you up the behind like other auto care places in the area.

Usually I do not spend time writing reviews but this Auto Shop and specifically Chris is different. This guy is honest and has ethics. I shopped around before bringing my car to Diablo Auto Care for Air Condition job. No only they did a great job job but they made feel at ease . You just gained a customer for life Chris.
