Nothing but good experiences with this company, I’ve had a lot of work done on my car by Castro Valley Tire Pros and I have not had any problems or issues their work or service. I do but all my tires here and also have my free tire rotation done at the same time of the oil change. I like this place the people… give them a try and you’ll like them to!

Fantastic! I went in with a low tire sensor & I knew there was at least a small leak in the left front. Based on prior experiences at other shops, I expected to be there at least a couple of hours. Instead, they ID'd the issue right away, showed me where the leaks were (left front and right rear). Was able to patch one and replaced the other. A good price and I was back on the road within 45 minutes. Super friendly. Recommend this place to anyone who needs tire service in the Hayward/Castro Valley area!

I had a noise coming from my car, and when I went I told them what I thought it was, and they started working on it. They called me later and said that it was a different issue and fixed what actually needed to be replaced. Customer service was AMAZING and everybody was super sweet. Love them !! Will for sure be back !
