Great place to take your car and/or truck. Service is fast and follow-up is great. Prices are comparable, plus you get a 10% discount if you are a AAA customer, AND they guarantee their work for up to a year. We use them for all our vehicles from BMW to little Nissan truck. Nice neighbood too. I had a flat tire on a truck I was borrowing and had no way to get the spare on.

I brought them a 20 year old Volvo in need of repair. David kept me informed and was great to work with. They diagnosed the major issues with the car and I felt the car was not worth having them repair. I don't feel the estimate was out of line just more than I wanted to put into the car. I happily paid the diagnostic fee because I got an actual diagnosis, a description of what the technician did and found as well as a list of parts and services recommend. Luckily for me it needs work I can do myself. I will certainly be back, I was happy with the work performed and the customer experience.

I needed brakes, rotors, and hubs. I also had an oil change and a transmission fluid change. I was impressed that they were able to complete it in three days. The cost was reasonable, much cheaper than a car payment. They kept me informed. Only negative was a check engine light that I never got an answer too.
I have more work to do and will certainly be using Adams. They earned my trust and business.

I've been a long time customer here and Becky is the point person I used. She's extremely personable and keeps me updated on the progress of our cars through out the day. If I'm getting my car ready for winter and need it checked out, I have her give me the details on how to be ready, and what the car needs after summer driving. Get in line for Becky!! They even gave me my old battery back so I could get the refund on that when I turn it in. I also have Autoworx check our new cars to verify they will stand up to their Used warranty. Thanks Becky!!

The service representative Becky was very helpful and knew exactly what state my car was in at all times (I called every day). Very great shop, great service, great work, and friendly environment. This was our first time! Our son recommended it! He was highly impressed with all parts of this business. We went in expecting to have to wait as they were VERY busy. But Bill listened to my car and said"Should not drive it!". Generously let us use a loaner. I expected it to take a few days. But amazingly took it in yesterday,and have it back today… Friday! My friends car need brakes very badly. It was dangerous to drive. Adam's took the car in right away and had it safe to drive by the end of the day. The staff was very nice and attentive. I loved the online service report that included all the details of the inspection and showed photos of the damaged parts. I will definitely take my cars here with confidence.
