Wicker Park Veterinary Clinic is a practice dedicated to providing the highest quality pet care in a professional and friendly environment. Dr. Cohen, Dr. Mowry, Dr. Mullin, Dr. Darcy, and Dr. Singleton specialize in medical, surgical, dental, and general care for all life stages of your pet, and emphasizes client education and preventative medicine.

Services
A Chicago native, Dr. Cohen's studies include a Bachelor of Science from The University of Michigan, the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and his Veterinary degree from Murdoch University in Perth, Western Australia. Dr. Cohen has been practicing veterinary medicine since 2005.
A physical examination will be performed on your pet prior to the induction of anesthesia. The pre-anesthetic exam includes vital signs and a thorough exam from head to tail. In some instances, anesthesia may need to be postponed if certain physical abnormalities are discovered upon examination.
CBC/Chemistry Panel will give us more insight to life-threatening problems due to organ defects, anemia and infection, etc., that are not evident on a physical exam.I hereby authorize the clinic to perform such diagnostic, therapeutic and surgical procedures as described above.

Positive: Professionalism, Reliability, Responsiveness
We love taking our puppy to Wicker Park Vet Clinic. We see Dr. Darcy and she is amazing! Always willing to answer any and all questions we have and make recommendations for us. The staff are also super nice and very responsive when I need something like a medical record or have a vaccination question.

I would give them more stars if I could. I have had only positive experiences taking my cat here and highly recommend!
Getting an appointment has never been a problem for me, and “sick” visits have been available the same or next day (once it was with a different doc than usual, but she was great too). Doctors are knowledgeable and provide thorough advice, in addition to diagnoses and treatments. My cat requires a prescription food and picking that up has been very easy. Even when it’s out of stock, they seem to get it in quickly.
As far as their COVID response, I couldn’t be more impressed

Around seven years ago one of my male cats was having trouble urinating, I did a quick search for vets in my area and found WPVC.
Dr. Cohen was extremely straightforward, gave optional paths for care, and was very loving to Bo.
A few years passed and my older male cat Chase started losing weight and having all the signs for diabetes. Dr. Mullin was assigned to Chase and we are truly blessed to have her. I have seen this doctor literally run to me and grab Chase while he is having a hypoglycemia episode. Dr. Mullin has spent her time researching and contacting specialist just to better assist
