The Georgia Academy of Real Estate was founded by Marlene (Price) Douglas, a real estate agent and broker in the Augusta area for over 25 years. Fueled by her passion for leaving a legacy of honesty and trustworthiness, she feels a commitment to her students and the clients that they will serve. My hope is that anyone who comes into my classroom or my office will leave with a more positive outlook than when they came in.

Marlene and Tony are wonderful influences in the real estate world. I feel like my experience at Georgia Acedemy of Real Estate was where I was supposed to be to learn what I needed to know to pass my exam. I kept seeing their ads on Facebook and had no idea about schools in the area. I am sure glad I chose this school. Great people and a great schedule for the working individual/busy parent to fit in their personal schedules.

So much heart is put into what Marlene does for her students. She is more than a teacher to them she becomes their friend. I am her daughter and I've watched her train agents for over 10 years of my life. The number of people who have learned from my mom and talk to her when we go places makes me really proud of her work.
