Super happy with my experience today. After a sudden change with my job, I needed to move to Kennesaw like, yesterday. I’ve been frustratingly searching for a nice apartment that could get me in QUICK! Raquel was my person today. She was the only staff member in today as another had called out. She was with another client when I walked in, but she still came out of the office to greet me and see what I needed. To avoid making me wait too long, she offered to show both myself and her other clients the units we were looking for (fortunately we both wanted to see the 2/2 units). She was very professional

I lived here for 2.5 years and recently moved out in March 2021. When I first moved in everything was great. I had new carpet and all new appliances. I really liked my apartment and I didn’t have any bug issue like some of the other reviewers experienced. They have received a 1 star rating from me bc as my time continued at Shiloh Valley there were at lot of inconsistencies when dealing with the leasing office agents. When I was coming up on my 2 years there I wanted to move but bc of covid it was almost impossible to tour other apartments so I was forced to renew my lease so I only did a 6 month

This Complex Is A Scam & I Should’ve Known From The Reviews ! They Charge You 85 Dollars For A Application Fee Then 150 For A “ Good Faith Deposit “ . They Give You No Time To Get Any Documents In They Instantly Deny Your Application For 1 Missing Thing . They Want Everything Done On Their Time As If People Don’t Have Other Things Going On . Then The Lady At The Office Tried To Get Smart Over The Phone But When I Showed Up Didn’t Have That Same Energy At All ! Do Better , & Stop Stealing Peoples Money .

My boyfriend and I moved in at the end of October. We came in on a Monday and were able to move in the following weekend! We were very thankful for Kortney and all of her hard work for making that happen. The apartments are very nice and close to EVERYTHING! Sometimes traffic is annoying but hey it’s worth it for the location. Every month or two the office has something going on for those who live in the complex to enjoy! They have had food trucks, a whole free pizza with your choice topping, party bags with mini champagne bottles for NYE, and they recently had virtual bingo night! I love how

I lived at Shiloh Valley Overlook for over three years and honestly had a really wonderful experience! The only reason my husband and I are leaving is because we’re having a baby soon. I loved the view, peace & quiet from the third story (especially when I was still working nightshift at the hospital), and I never had any bug problems. Ignore what others say on these reviews - management has always been SO helpful and kind to us. Maintenance has been great too - Mr. Willy is awesome! The property is clean and well kept and you really can’t beat the location. People may complain about the price

I made an appointment to visit the apartments, rescheduled, and then wanted to keep the original appointment. Raquel and Courtney were extremely flexible and accommodating. I toured the property with Katherine and she was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The property is beautiful and I am looking forward to making this my home.

My spouse and I need an apartment temporarily while our new house is being built. We visited Shiloh Valley in person, but we didn't have an appointment to tour the property. However, Katherine stopped what she was doing, reviewed our options & how to apply; then, she provided a tour of the model apartment. She was interested in meeting our specific needs for our temporary relocation. The property is well-maintained and the model apartment was perfect for our needs. Worst experience I’ve ever had living in an apartment complex. I’ve never felt so unwelcome in my life. I had to constantly live worried everyday a grown man was going to barge into my apartment unannounced while I was home alone with a new born baby. The management team went out of their way to make us feel miserable living there. Not to mention they charge through the roof for a community that is not well maintained, and the apartments are not presentable. They are fine with leaving paint all over the floors and having a few things broken in the apartment as long as they are somewhat

Tired of this place...would not recommend that you stay here!!! Windows were never sealed correctly or cleaned and water is still getting in. Raquel the property manager told us to clean it...I think not!! This has been this way since we moved in!! Also Beware that if you have an issue Raquel will not help and corporate does not respond, so you have to deal directly with her and she’s a spiteful one!!! We have been forced to pay fees on top of fees and it’s becoming quite anuisance!!! They don’t care if you explain the situation they will still charge you and will not work with
