Juan is the best! My dad loved his custom embroidered jacket that we gifted to him for Father's Day. Juan was very responsive via email and phone, quickly digitizing my logo and getting it embroidered on the jacket with a quick turnaround. I appreciate his attention to detail and ability to meet a tight deadline. I will definitely be coming back to Offside Sports for more custom gifts and clothing items.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this place. I attempted THREE TIMES to try and get my jacket embroidered here. The first attempt I walked in and they said that "the lady who does the embroidery isn't here. Can you wait 30 minutes?" Ok fair enough, but I don't have time to wait. So, I make an appointment to come and see them. I come a second time and the place is completely closed. I call them and they say "Sorry, but the lady who does the embroidery left early." But wait a minute...I had an appointment! They didn't care. Completely and utterly unprofessional

DON’T GO HERE! I made an appointment to pick my Christmas present up at 10am on Wednesday morning. I show up and the place is locked and no one is there! I call the number on the door and the man who answers is so rude and mean, screaming at me that life isn’t fair, I won’t die if I don’t get my order, and he hangs up on me multiple times! I had to call him ten times that day because he kept hanging up on me anytime I asked when I could pick my order up. So unprofessional and mean! Don’t waste your money!

Had some scrub tops I wanted my name embroidered on. Different color threads, different fonts - all came out very well. Had issue with one item, but Juan came through and made it right - and it is perfect. I don't really like wearing scrubs but with my personalized ones, it made all the difference!

This place is legit. I am so happy that they are in my neighborhood. I get my personal embroidery and printing projects on a small run as well as some corporate stuff and they give me the same caliber and quality of service regardless of the size of my order. Michelle who works the front office is the best. She works wonders and gives you suggestions while working with your budget.
They've been in business since the 80s, they know what they are doing. I'll post pictures when I pick up my latest order.

2 lines of embroidery on 3 pairs of scrub tops came to $39.42
We were able to select the font and color of thread too.
It came out professional and was quickly done.
We dropped it off on a Thursday and it was ready Tuesday after 2pm.
Definitely will return next time we need more embroidered items.
Tip: If you are directing to their store with Google Maps it said I arrived when I was in front of the US Post Office across the street. They are across the street and next to a cleaner.
I found a metered parking spot along Butler Ave.

My third time back here, I've been dealing with Michelle everytime. She is pretty spot on. She pays attention to details of all my embroidering needs. Different hats, different stitching colors. Not to mention, they do 3D embroidering, which is hard to find! I just dropped off a order with 150 hats, I've already done over 120 with them! Great spot!

I needed to have my daughter's two jackets embroidered, so I decided to go on yelp to search for a place. Offside Sports and another place all the way on Melrose came up. I decided to go to the closest one, which was this place. Michelle helped me and she was very kind and helpful regarding placement of the name that needed to be embroidered. I paid $20 for both of the jackets, which came out exactly the way I had imagined. I will definitely come back here if I ever need additional items embroidered.

I've been using Offside Sports for my custom embroidery needs for many years now. My orders are not that simple, but Edgar and the Offside Sports team always take them with a smile. The quality of the work is great. The items I had made 6 years ago are still going strong- the embroidery work is that solid. The customer service is fantastic as well. The one time I had a problem with my order (one time in over six years) it was fixed right away with no questions asked. Great service and exceptional quality! What more could you ask for?

After picking up my sash and seeing the finished product, I'm going to have to downgrade Offside Sports.
I hate doing this because they were still quite nice. However, the fact is that they did not fulfill their end of the bargain. We were very specific about certain details on our sashes and distinctly remembered discussing them with the employees. For example, we did not want the pockets to be sewn shut and wanted a significant gap between different text lines. What we got was sewn-closed pockets and no gaps between lines of text.
They apologized for their mistake, but we still did not

I've been here four times over the last two weeks to get gear and a few things embroidered. Embroidery was really well done and in an adequate time frame.
They're unfortunately moving up the street, so things were being boxed, but they have a good mix of BPL and international soccer jerseys and gear. They also have cleats and training gear. I will definitely continue to drop in to get gear.

I was just at Offside Sports shopping for new soccer cleats. I had a specific idea of two I wanted to try. To begin with the positive, I will say that the girls who were working when I went in were very helpful.
Now, the reason for the one star: they tried to rip me off. The final pair of cleats I was trying on were the Adidas Predator LZ TRX FG. There are several different versions of this shoe that scale in price. They said to me, "Oh, these are the $200 pair, but we're selling them for $110 because they don't have a box. We have to discount them." Sounded a little

I recently ordered from them a backpack with my wife's name embroidered, and it was ready in the same day! I also got a Puma Italia women's shirt, that I could only find in that store. I also bought from them some shoes, jerseys and another backpack before. The prices were better than other stores I visited, and the service always awesome.

Offside Sports is my new go-to for soccer gear in West LA. I came across them after looking for a local shop that would allow me to root for my World Cup favorite in style.
Only a few hours after the Semi-Finals had wrapped up, they already had all of their Spain/Netherlands merch in full display as soon as you walked in. Not that it grabbed my attention much; I was memorized by their enormous selection of soccer related items. It didn't even take long before one of their friendly staff members spotted me and offered up any help possible.
