As a former prosecutor, Ms. McKedy supervised and trained new deputy district attorneys. During her tenure as deputy district attorney, Ms. McKedy successfully tried over a dozen homicide cases. As a defense attorney, she has been able to utilize all of her trial skills and knowledge to procure great results for her clients.
Eric Anaya has been practicing criminal law for over a decade. His legal knowledge started out at the University of New Mexico where he discovered his passion for criminal law. While attending law school, Eric was appointed to the University of New Mexico's Board of Regents by the Governor of New Mexico.
Neil Andrew DeVoogd has been a defense attorney his entire career. With a history beginning with the Colorado Innocence Project and the Criminal Defense Clinic at CU Law, continuing through years of practicing as a Public Defender, and ultimately as a private criminal defense attorney. He understands that many people are wrongly charged, over-charged, or have simply made a mistake.
