ASTOUNDING customer service and Quality of work!! Prices are GREAT and Better than any other embroidery company I attempted to go to. Very friendly people and just all about their customers. Completely missed event date that was communicated prior to handing off the blank goods for the order, stitched 1/3 of the overall order at incorrect size, belligerent and disrespectful emails from the owner when these quality control issues were brought to his attention... List goes on. Keep searching for a good embroiderer, or know what to expect if you choose to do business with this one.
