Holt Consulting Company, LLC (HOLT) is a multi-discipline engineering firm that provides planning, design, and management services for transportation infrastructure. HOLT was established by two long-time friends and co-workers, Paul Holt and Ken Holt. Paul and Ken worked together at a well-known transportation consulting firm for more than 35 years before launching HOLT.
