Wow, this place is phenomenal!! I accidentally stumbled onto this gem and feel like I walked into the Twilight Zone. Pure energy in a good way that just really blew me away. Chris was so accommodating and helpful when I gave him some of my background of what I’ve been dealing with physically and medically. As an avid life long athlete and ultra runner, I’m certain this was the best choice I have made all year in going here! The founder Chris Craig and his right hand man Chris McCune are some of the most knowledgeable people when it comes to what can really move the needle in your health and wellness and recovery goals. They are deep in to regenerative medicine Science and Technology, more than that, they are amazing human beings! Outstanding service from Chris! He was highly professional and very accommodating. I found this place when I was in the area and I had about an hour to pass until my appointment. I decided to try their infrared sauna. It was one of the most hygienic and up to date infrared sauna i've come across. The entire experience was therapeutic. I like that their infrared sauna features a built in TV with Netflix, youtube, etc. It also has bluetooth so you're able to connect your phone and listen to your own music. The sound system was supreme! ! I'll definitely be back and I 10 out of 10 recommend

I needed to find this fitness experience and feel very fortunate!! I've had a ton of fun in extreme sports, it has taken it's toll and now to be able to get in the game again after so many debilitating muscular and structural bruises feels great. Their equipment is the highest technology I have ever seen and being on a new fitness journey is now FUN plus the recovery lounge is a pleasure!!!
