Services
My name is Christian Carson, and I'm the practicing attorney of Carson Law Firm. I've focused on providing legal services to individuals and small business owners in a wide breadth of areas of expertise. I am a small business owner myself. I've been where you've been-wrestling with government red tape or chasing down a bad contractor who didn't finish the job.
An investor, maybe you, wants to lend some money to a real estate investor. What kind of documents are required for this transaction? The answer depends on the complexity of the transaction, but lending professionals tend to use similar documents across the board for a standard transaction. We will start with the most important documents.
Prompt and worthwhile communication with you is our paramount concern. We're located at the Landmark Building at the corner of North Moreland and Larchmere Boulevard, just steps north of Shaker Square. The entrance to our private parking lot is on Larchmere, prominently marked with an "ENTRANCE" sign.
In some states, you're required to hire a lawyer to close your real estate transaction. In Ohio, this is not the case. In fact, many real estate transactions take place without any lawyers involved at all-and these transactions account for most losses from botched deals and titles. All the more reason to hire a lawyer to guide you through the closing process.
You've come to the right place! Our firm is Ohio-based and focused on serving your property needs. A Quitclaim Deed is a legal document that transfers property from one person to another without any kind of guarantee or warranty from the seller. A seller literally "quits" his or her "claim" to the property, and gives those rights to the buyer.

The members of Carson Law Firm have been helping us for many years on several of our transactions and real estate needs. They are my go-to firm when I have questions, or need advice on how to sort out any concerns I may have. I have, and will continue to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable staff!
