Dental Emergencies: Please contact one of our Family Care Dental dental office's for any emergencies. If it is after hours the automated system will give you our emergency contact number. Family Care Dental is a Full-Service Dental Center and Urgent Care Facility serving the Hoover, Fultondale, Tarrant, Vestavia and Birmingham communities.

Upton, Dr. John Christopher Clarke, Dr. Andrew Richardson, Dr. Nehal Patel and Dr. Vivek Brahmbhatt offer state-of-the-art dental care in a comfortable and caring atmosphere where you and your family will feel right at home.
Dr. John Christopher Clarke is originally from Decatur, Georgia, but has called Birmingham home since 2008. He graduated from Birmingham Southern-College in 2012 with a bachelor of science in biology. In 2014, he received his Masters in Oral Biology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Clarke has published three first author articles in high impact factor journals as well as been a co-author on several others.
Dr. Andrew Richardson was born in San Antonio, Texas. Due to being raised in a military family he traveled throughout his childhood, and in 2000 he ended up in his final destination of Alabama. Andrew graduated from Auburn University in 2008 after that Andrew went to dental school at UAB and graduated in 2012.

I love this place! It’s clean and the staff is so friendly! Toya took care of me today and she was very professional and knowledgeable! She even helped me make a great plan that will put me on track to having my “dream smile”. I highly recommend making this place to anyone looking for a primary dental care home.

Very Unprofessional and Unorganized. I called and scheduled an appointment. Called back the next day and no one could even find my appointment nor my treatment plan. Ridiculous!
*Update I'm still keeping this a 1 star for your unprofessional reply. I have been to this location MULTIPLE times I'm not ignorant this location's number has been saved in my phone since I started going there. I didn't dial the wrong number, your staff messed up. The least you could do is acknowledge your employees' mistake. Very unprofessional like I said.
