Love this place! The workout is challenging and rewarding and my body has never felt better. The instructors are super nice and helpful with making sure moves are being done correctly and always are there to demonstrate. The music is also great and the class flies by! I highly recommend!!

I had never done a class on a mega reformer before, but after my intro class at Btone, I was hooked. Beautiful studio and great instructors!

My favorite reformer workout in the South Boston/Seaport area. Great class times and I’ve never had an instructor I didn’t like.

I highly recommend Btone. I initially signed up for the 3-class starter pack which I quickly upgraded to a month of unlimited classes because I enjoyed the first one so much. Now I go 3x per week. The classes are very challenging but also lots of fun. They are never repetitive or boring. The 45 minutes truly flies by. Best of all, I’ve seen results fairly quickly and I always feel great after class! I’ve worked with a number of the instructors at this point, and I have enjoyed them all. I also really like the music selections.

Btone is where I started my whole megaformer journey and it’s my go-to studio whenever I’m in town 😍 It’s clean and spacious enough and I really enjoy walking down Newbury to go to class! Instructors actually care about the students and give good modifications/feedback. The sequences are generally really good too. Love!!

Btone has made me feel stronger. I was so anxious to go to my first class, but the instructor made me feel extremely comfortable and welcomed. They gave me plenty of modifications during class. Btone is one of the most challenging workouts I have ever done & I love that it is low impact. Recommend for anyone looking to tone and strengthen.

I’ve only been doing btone a few weeks but I absolutely LOVE it so far! I feel so much stronger already and really appreciate how different each class is so that you always feel challenged. As a long-time runner, this has become my favorite new workout and is so much easier on my joints!

This workout class has CHANGED BY LIFE, and my body completely! I was nervous at first to try Pilates since I had never done it but Kristen and Rachel are so helpful and very welcoming of new members. I started doing this to prep for my wedding but I know I won't be able to stop. 100% recommend trying it.

Btone is the best workout in Boston! No two classes are the same which makes it so fun. The instructors are very supportive and receptive when you need help with any moves! I have a strong yoga background which helps with alignment but whether it’s your first time or your 100th time at class, you will always feel stronger than when you got there!

I'm on my 12th class in just about a month and I couldn't be happier with the results both mentally and physically. I went from a drop in class to the unlimited membership in weeks and I'm so happy I did! The instructors are amazing, helpful and accommodating to everyone's needs. I honestly wish I started going sooner!

Loving btone as they reopen. I have found that their covid prevention efforts are super diligent - spacing and dividers between each machine, sanitized machines, and the participants in class are extremely aware of each other.

I've always enjoyed the challenge of btone classes, and it's one of the best workouts that really makes me feel stronger.

Finally, anytime I've emailed with a question or a need (had to cancel a class last minutes due to covid vax complications), their customer service is bomb!

I have a back injury so it limits the exercises I could do. Btone is awesome because my core muscles get fully trained without back or knee pain. It's good for recovering injury. I took about 6 classes now, and I got sore at least 48 hours after each class.

Btone is a great workout and something that challenges your strength in a different way from the traditional HIIT workout. Being new to Pilates and reformer machines, I was a little intimidated by the seasoned vets in the class, but the instructors helped to make sure I was comfortable with the machine and that I knew the proper movements. I will keep coming back and hope to be a seasoned vet myself soon!

I have taken class with just about every instructor and they are all wonderful! The workouts are challenging but so rewarding once finished. I was new to Pilates when I started and they took the time to make sure I felt comfortable with the reformer. They have many classes throughout the day so you can always count on finding a class time to fit in your schedule.

These workouts are some of most challenging that I've ever done, and the most muscularly effective. You have the ability to control how strenuous it is by using more or less springs on the machine. I absolutely love it. And the teal and black color scheme is really attractive. Natural light, great instructors, incredible workout.

If you love a great workout, look no further. My doctor recommended I take Pilates for back pain, and was pleasantly surprised how challenging but find and rewarding this place is! There are so many ways to modify the exercise to fit your abilities. The only downside is that it gets pricey, but it's worth it!

I get my butt kicked every time I go here, so be prepared for being sore for at least a few days after class. I'm sore in places I didn't even know I had a muscle to be sore in.
I did a local barre class for 2 years and realized I wasn't being challenged enough, I'm so glad my friend recommended this place to me and I made the switch. I've gone to both the Back Bay and Southie locations and loved both!

Btone is perfect for those looking for something a little more challenging than your average Classical Pilates class but not quite as demanding as HIIT classes. I've only been to the Southie location but they have other locations in the Greater Boston area. It's Not Your Mother's Pilates - totally worth it. It's just the right amount of difficult to make you feel like you're getting something out of it without also being scared to come back. They have an array of class times and instructors - all of whom have been great. They push you to your limits but they don't

This is one of the hardest workouts I have ever done and I've tried barre, boxing, marathon training, you name it! It seems like it would be easy, you're basically balancing your own weight on the machine as you do different exercises. It's not easy. You will feel it the next day. I deducted one star because some teachers are much better at offering modifications and adjustments than others, I wish it was more consistent.

Btone offers such a unique workout format with slow, yet challenging movements. It is one of the best full body workouts I have done and I truly feel stronger after each class. I have started going multiple times a week and it is crazy how fast I am seeing results! The instructors are super motivating and get me to push my limits.

Great full body workout! You will use muscles that you don't use in other workouts, so I am always sore for days after (in a good way!) The music is usually good and the instructors are motivating and energetic. The studio is clean and bright. I'm hooked!

The workouts are extremely challenging, but you can modify as much as you need! The instructors are very helpful when it comes to helping you perfect your form so that you are not doing something incorrectly and hurting yourself. I am not a 'barre' workout or 'pilates' workout person, and BTONE is different - the upbeat vibe and the quick-moving workouts makes the class fly by! I highly recommend giving this class a try!

I love btone! I was referred to this studio by a coworker who also lives in the area and I'm really glad I decided to check it out! The workouts here really have bettered my overall fitness level and I've only been coming 2x/week for 6 weeks now. I have noticed significant improvements in my physical capabilities in some of my other exercise classes (i also go to boxing classes). Additionally, I have struggled with a shoulder injury for years so have changed up my routine a lot over the years depending on what worked well and what didn't and btone is the first class that has actually

So happy a Btone studio opened in southie! It's off of west broadway so it's an easy walk from anywhere in Southie. The studio is small but I love that it feels more like you're in a private session. The workouts always kick my butt and leave me sore. Just a tip, you have to buzz for the studio to let you in the main door and there is a code to the stairway so I just take the elevator. Can't wait to go back!

I love this Pilates studio! When I moved to Boston from San Diego I had trouble finding workout classes that were as good as the places I could find at home. This is the first pilates studio I have found that compares and can compete with the studios at home. All of the instructors are awesome! The classes are challenging, motivating, never judgmental (like some other places), and also FUN!

It took a while to open, but I'm glad it's here!

Btone Southie opened last week (June 19), so the studio and megaformer machines are brand new and beautiful! It seems this studio is mostly focused on serving the Southie neighborhood residents, as there's no locker room or shower, no bike racks, parking is kind of tricky (street only), and the Broadway T stop is a 10 minute walk. If you get on the #9 bus, it'll drop you right across the street by CVS. It's a little odd that the bathroom is across the hall, but with classes limited to 10 people it shouldn't be much
