I've lived here at Kensington Station for almost 3 years now, and have only had an INCREDIBLE experience. Anytime I've had a maintenance problem, it's been fixed within 24-48 hours. Every holiday there's an event or treats in the office. They take property cleanliness seriously, and it's always felt super safe. I've never had an issue with pests all.
The office staff is always accommodating anytime I have questions or need anything. This past week I had a package mis-delivered while I was out of town, and Jose on the maintenance team was kind enough to place it inside of my apartment so that it

I looked at a few locations and checked reviews and was impressed by the apartment layout and decor. What made my decision was the response of the staff and the follow up. Krista and Christina were the best by far. I haven"t rented in a long time and they were helpful in a professional manner. Whoever hired them should be applauded. I am not easily impressed ,but this was impressive.

I have enjoyed all aspects of living at Kensington Station, aside from a cockroach infestation in my Keurig. Since we threw out the Keurig and had pest control spray down our unit, we haven’t had any issues. The units are fairly nice for the price, and the surrounding area has plenty of food and entertainment options. Great place for college students!

I absolutely love living at Kensington station! The place is home and is really made to feel that way! The assistant manager,Christa,is awesome and very funny 😄 and my husband and I really like the maintenance guy,he always comes out as SOON as he can whenever we have a problem and it’s usually resolved that day,If not,the following day 😁 thanks for being our home away from home! I DO wish they had some sort of playground for kids,but other than that,this is an awesome place to live!

Kensington Station -- 1. Considerate, and nice staff (I appreciate that more than ever.) 2. Timely maintenance 3. Little every-day conveniences such as curbside trash pickup. Little things that make your life easier. 4. The street has beautiful nice, green trees. Also, the community has some nice little areas of green. 5. Convenient ways to pay online or in-person (which I appreciate having options - a lot!) 6. Updated laundry machines. 7. Mini-gym where the machines are maintained in working condition. It is a simple (in best use of that word) and a nice place. The apartment I got is a great starter
