Jonathan Ingersoll is a personal trainer and fitness coach specializing in neuroscience-based workouts and drills. Jonathan works with teams, athletes and individuals to achieve performance goals, recover from injury and grow older with strength and confidence. Those habits set your range of motion, maximal strength, endurance and movement patterns.

That's why, when it comes to achieving optimal performance, it's not enough just to work your muscles. You need to retrain your brain. I love the work I am doing with Jonathan. He works with your brain and nervous system while creating strength in your body. He is super knowledgable and pushes me just right. I am always sore after our workouts. Plus the work we are doing for my brain is helping me in my yoga and bar classes. Super grateful for all of my new knowledge and better looking body!

Since I’ve been working out with Jonathan I feel better physically balanced. I used to get dizzy sometimes when working out, but, the brain exercise he has me doing is helping with that. He is knowledgeable and helpful with specific body issues and makes suggestions for strengthening my weaker areas. Also, he’s a good guy and fun to hang out with, even over Zoom!

I am thrilled with the results of my training sessions with Jonathan!
I have a desk job and, over the last 10 months, I have spent more time sitting than I ever have. So, when I first started training with him, I was in the worst shape I've been in the last 10 years. 60+ hour work weeks had sapped my energy for anything but work and made it easy to find excuses why I didn't have time for exercise.
Enter Jonathan! Our sessions leave me energized for the rest of my day and have inspired me to reclaim my active lifestyle.

I feel like my BEST SELF on the days that start with a workout session with Jonathan Ingersoll. His Z health method has really assisted me with feeling less stress and fewer aches and pains in my body, and I love how I am beginning to feel stronger as we progress with the workouts. I have been working with Jonathan for over a year and it has been amazing. Jonathan of Jonathan Ingersoll Fitness is a fantastic personal trainer. He is full of positive energy, fun, smart, and a great communicator. He's very knowledgeable about the human body and brings that to every session, making helpful suggestions if I'm struggling with a particular exercise. His sessions are fun, brisk but not torturous and always seem to go by relatively quickly which to me is a sign that I am enjoying things. I've been going to Jonathan for quite some time now. I originally came to him for basic guidance in strength training. What a difference a good trainer makes. He pushes just enough and encourages me to continue my home routine. Now I have greatly improved my strength and balance and can see real word improvements from week to week. As far as "Z Health" is concerned, I have an open mind but am a bit of a skeptic. I need proof that something is working on a neurological level. Well I am now a believer and incorporate "Z'" techniques in my daily routine. Amazing! Just try it! Just go to Jonathan.

I’ve been seeing Jonathan for the past 3 months or so every week and am so so pleased. I went to Jonathan with a weak left side (probably due to right sided head injuries in the past) and was drawn to his knowledge of Z-health which focuses on how to support and rewire the brain while doing exercises.
