The team at Turn 1 were fantastic. While other places were days out for even taking a look at a tire (suspected nail in tire), Turn 1 got us in immediately to take a look and were finished within 30 minutes.

Had them do an alignment and two an half weeks later my inner tie rod completely falls out. All I wanted was to replaced the part but they said it wasn’t their problem. Great job mechanics! DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!

I have an older Ford so I know it will need things done when I take it in for service. Jason is great at explaining everything and making sure I understand what work needs to be completed now and what I need to expect is coming in the future. Great customer service from anyone who has ever answered the phone and competitively priced. I prefer using local, small businesses, and this is a great company to support! Highly recommend!
