Many of these movements you already know - we're just going to make you better at them. We'll teach you how to jump, squat, pull, and press with safe, effective technique so you can get stronger and avoid injury.

Whether you want to keep up with the kids, rock a new swimsuit, or even just carry the groceries in by yourself - our goal is to give everyone the freedom of independent fitness for life. For us, fitness is about community and the commitment to working hard for permanent changes that you can be proud of.
During this time, we'll help you feel welcome, provide a quick gym tour, then sit down and talk about next steps. If you choose, we will have you do a short workout so we can set some benchmarks and assess where you are. Our intro program will help you get started at your own pace with our certified, world-class coaches helping you along the way.
For us, fitness is about community and the commitment to working hard for permanent changes that you can be proud of but that's just one of the benefits of your membership with us. All of our workouts can be scaled to your ability level and customized to meet your goals. We use functional training methods that focus on everyday movements your body can do naturally.
If you're just starting up, we recommend coming three days/week for your first couple weeks, then build to four, then five. Once you're up to five days per week, we recommend building in two recovery days per week. The very first thing you will discover is that we do not discriminate.

CrossFit Cure is a world class fitness facility serving the local towns of Tanque Verde, Sabino Canyon, East Tucson. We are Tucson's only Levels-based gym, allowing each workout to be customized to your current skill level. Our coaches use the motivational level system to help you constantly improve and "Level Up".

CrossFit Cure is an amazing gym and incredibly welcoming community. I cannot say enough great things about it.
I first found CrossFit Cure in February 2021 during the pandemic and while I was healing from a shoulder injury. Kai offered me the opportunity to try out the gym for free for one week. My first class was the Saturday morning class. I was very nervous about getting back into CrossFit due to my shoulder injury, but also because in my experience, some CrossFit communities can be unwelcoming. The thought of going to a gym had always just been intimidating, but because of CrossFit Cure, that is no longer the case. I thought I knew how to workout then I showed up at Cure. Great coaching, great workouts & a competitive learning environment. You just show up and the plan is laid out for you, it takes all the complexity out of working out. Check it out if that sounds interesting. The gym has improved both my physical and mental health. It’s one of the things I look forward to every day. Coach Gene & Levi know what they are talking about and they are so very patient, great for athletes regardless of level of expereince/expertise.

I can’t praise this company enough. I am so thankful that I found this wonderful business. I was obese sitting on my couch watching my health degenerate fast. I can’t say enough about this gym! I love my CrossFit Cure Family. I never had joined a gym because I was so intimidated by everyone else’s toned muscles, but I’m so glad I came in one day ready to get my health and body back in order. I come everyday ready to learn and the best thing is that the methods that the gym uses allows regular people reach their goals faster and safer. Also the Coaches are always ready to teach and tactfully correct you if you are doing the movement that may hurt you in the long run. This is the gym for you if you feel the way I did!

I can't explain enough how much this gym has changed my relationship with fitness and health. I used to dread going to the gym and was always intimidated by the idea of working out in front of people. This gym, the excellent staff, amazing athletes at every level, and fun environment make working out something I look forward to.
I've made more progress in my fitness in the last year being in this gym than I had in the four years since starting my fitness journey.
No matter where you are in your journey, literally, no matter where you are you can find your place here. There is an excellent mix

This gym is awesome! It’s perfect for beginners (such as myself) and regular “Gym Goers”. The coaches are AMAZING and easy to talk to. Each class is new and exciting every day. I’m so glad I moved on from the big box gyms, and found a gym that actually cares! BTW... the members are very supportive and easygoing, which is a huge plus in a gym.

I love coming here every day and the people and fun we have are so motivating that it’s not hard to get here every day! I feel stronger than ever, and the coaches help you every step of the way in your journey. You’ll never be standing around trying to figure out what you’re supposed to be doing. Everyone is kind and helpful, and the coaches even helped my one year old get comfortable chilling in the kids area independently! I can’t recommend CrossFit Cure more highly.

Why do you work out? CrossFit Cure checks all the boxes...Weight loss, more energy, look better, get stronger, motivational support, prevention from injury, and great trainers and fun to be around. This is not your typical gym. If you have the desire Kai and her team can transform you into the person you want to see. I love that every workout is adjusted to my ability - which allows me to work side by side others (who may be at different abilities) and which help us all to cheer each other on. I wish I would have found CrossFit Cure sooner!!!
