Services
The addition of Horizon Air to the Charles M. Schulz Sonoma County Airport was the perfect time to give the local restaurant located on-site a facelift. The Airport sought the right group to come in and transform the restaurant into a great spot for travelers and locals alike. Jim Goff grew up in Santa Rosa & Healdsburg and has been coming to the Airport Restaurant since he was young.
Enjoy a traditional breakfast of comfort food at the Sky Lounge. Our home-made selections include traditional favorites, eggs, bacon, french toast an more. Top it off with Sonoma County's finest Bloody Mary and you have the ideal start to your day. Omelets are served with country fried potatoes & your choice of costeaux whole wheat or sourdough toast.
Sky Lounge is a great spot for lunch. Whether you're out on a business meeting, or have time for a more leisurely lunch on the sun-filled patio. Sky Lounge is ideal for your business lunch with plenty of quiet space and free Wi-Fi Internet access. We offer a great selection of burgers, salads, sandwiches, sushi and more washed down with our full bar of beer, wine and specialty drinks.
Our Sushi Menu features fresh choices including Japanese sashimi, sushi rolls and local oysters. Shrimp tempura, cucumber, unagi, avocado, cooked snow crab, tobiko, green onions, unagi sauce & sweet wasabi sauce. Nigiri sushi is a type of Japanese dish made with sushi rice & fresh fish. The sushi rice is hand formed into a small clump & the fish is sliced & pressed on top of it.
The Sky Lounge has a full bar of spirits, local hand-selected wines, local beers on-tap and bottled beer selections. In addition to being a great wine region, Sonoma County and the local area is also home to some of the finest craft breweries in the Country. We have a great selection of local beers on tap.

This is a wonderful feature of the Santa Rosa Sonoma County airport. Accessibly by the public, so you can actually have a delicious meal and drinks with folks before you/they leave. The food is solidly good, the drinks delicious and the staff friendly and helpful. Jim the bartender is a gem! Worth checking out even if you don’t have a flight. It is a little pricey as a local establishment, but absolutely worth scheduling more time before you travel to enjoy the hospitality.

I have eaten here several times and have always had good service... until today.
The service started off good... just the way it should have been. We received our meals and the food was good. Even sushi from the airport. But then our server just ignored us. Even when we tried to get her attention. No drink refills, not even the check. Finally, it got close enough to our flight departure that I had to go get her. Whats odd is the fact that everyone around us kept getting good service.

I got the steak sandwhich thinking it was going to be something similar to cheese steak sandwhich. I was wrong. It's literally a steak put in a bun. Very difficult to eat without a knife to cut it. Also the beers are $10 which is pretty pricey around here. If you're waiting for your flight It's a decent restaurant/bar. If you're local and going out for a casual lunch, this place is expensive and mediocre compared to other restaurants in the area.

Went for early casual dinner on Easter Sunday shortly after restaurant fully reopened from Covid shut down.
PROS:
*Free, easy parking
*Easy seating, not crowded
*Strong, good drinks
*Food is decent, better than average airport or diner quality
*Onion rings (strings) are delicious!
*Super friendly servers, nice bartender
*Cool patio dining near jets!
*Lots of windows to see planes take off & land, fun for kids
CONS:
(none of these are big, just honest)
*Table was sticky
*No espresso coffee
*No dessert, only ice cream or cheesecake
*Fries with tuna melt were not crispy
*Tomatoes on
