Prior to listing our New Canaan home, our broker encouraged us to use a stager. It was a pleasure to work with Liz Pensiero! She focused on four key rooms and did a great job in blending our furnishings with her own. We were more than pleased with the end result - four offers within two days and all higher than the list price! I met with her after initially unsuccessfully listing my home without the benefit of her savvy. Liz was immediately friendly and incisive in identifying aspects that could be quickly and easily addressed to allow prospective buyers to more fully see all the house’s best features rather than being turned off/distracted by with antique furniture and rugs and too much artwork on the walls.

Liz was amazing to work with. Needed to get our house sold fast and Liz designed our 1925 colonial into a modern oasis for a first time home buyer. She was accessible and accommodating and worked within our budget - using some of our own furniture and even buying some new things for us that did double duty for staging as well as to go in our new house. We got an offer on our house in less than 24 hours on the market thanks in large part to Liz’s work. Lastly Liz was there to answer even my new home design questions and we hope to stay in touch to use her for design in our new house.

I cannot recommend Liz highly enough - she's a pleasure to work with and gets great results!!! She made our home look charming we had a full price offer in 6 days. She worked around our challenging schedule and got it done on time and professionally. Also, she was very accessible for any questions and was a great sounding board.
