Jason Schneider was our lead agent, and we were so happy with the service he provided throughout the process. He started working with us months in advance to let us know how to get our house ready for listing. He knew the market and the neighborhood so well, he knew just what we needed to do to get the most for our house (and to not waste money on improvements that would not see a return). The rental side of this company does NOT follow Covid protocols, allowing 35 showings in a week and 1/2 of a tenant occupied property. They also don't follow the 24 hour rule to access the property with due notice to the tenant. Do NOT rent from them.

I used Tom & Cindy to sell our home in Kingstowne and Jason Schneider was our lead agent. Due to the pandemic and some scheduling issues, our move date kept fluctuating. Jason was patient during this time, only concerned that we made the decision that was right for us. He answered all our questions promptly and provided great service with useful ideas. In the end he had multiple offers for our home within two days of our move. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Jason Schneider was lead agent, and did a fantastic job for us. From the initial meeting through the closing, Jason was very thorough in explaining every step of the process. He was enthusiastic and positive about advertising our home - beautiful brochures were created, a video showcasing the house and neighborhood, great photographs taken along with detailed descriptions of all features and upgrades. Our house went on the market Friday, Feb 28 in the afternoon, and we were under contract with a full price offer within a week. Jason knows his stuff! Would gladly recommend him to anyone.

Jason was the lead agent on the selling of my property and did a fantastic job.

For the most part other than getting my property ready for showing, I didn't have to do much.
He gave excellent referrals for handyman work with Brad and Maid Solutions, both of whom did not disappoint and came through! Krystal the photographer was very communicative and took excellent photos of the home. It's like the house sold itself!

And We were under contract in FOUR DAYS!

Jason knows this area incredibly well, I considered using other agents, but at the end of the day I just wanted the best person

Choosing Jason Schneider as our realtor was 100% the right decision for our house sale and purchase. I worked with Susan Meeks for over 10 years as a property manager and then just recently to sell my property. Susan has been great for us with quick notifications when repairs needed to be made to quick response to getting them completed. I was also very happy with the costs and the work that was performed in my house over the years. Whenever the property became vacant, she worked hard to get a tenant into the property and I rarely in 10+ years had more than a couple days vacancy between tenants. When selling the property, she kept me informed along the way and made great recommendations on price

Four years ago I reached out to Tom & Cindy as a renter. The only positive item is that I was allowed to borrow their moving truck for a day, free of charge. Everything else was the worst experience of my renting/owning life. Tom & Cindy's priority was securing their fees via a cashier's check. The assigned agent found it difficult to keep any appointments and sent her spouse. All units but one were already rented or we could not access. In addition, Tom & Cindy's standard rental contract was written to solely benefit the owner, specifically excluding a Virginia law

I've got experienced real estate agents in my family and I know a quality agent when I see one. I am perplexed as to how anyone would recommend these two. They appear to be a typical listing mill--they both showed up to the initial client meeting, promising great things, but then they disappeared and we were left mostly dealing with less experienced subordinates on their team.

The buyer of our house had a very aggressive agent who badgered us for various concessions and Cindy laid down and played dead almost immediately. In my opinion, Cindy had NO idea how to deal with the aggressive

Another rude experience with Cindy. Last year I called her before 9am and she answered the phone and refused to help me because it was before 9am....why answer the phone then! Later to find out the apartment was already taken....this time I call and again she is very short and rude with me about an apartment that was already taken, take the dang ads down then! I asked if she had any other apartments and she said no....find that very hard to believe considering I see her name on apartments in Kingstowne...overall just a rude lady who only seems to care when there's big money in it for her

We recently sold our townhouse in the Amberleigh neighborhood in the Alexandria/Springfield area to relocate to Indianapolis. Jason Schneider was our Realtor and this was the first home that we sold a home. If we were staying in the area, we would definitely work with Jason again!

Negotiations are defiantly Cindy's weakness. She was crippled and bullied by an aggressive buyers agent. Cindy didn't provide guidance and instead opted for simply forwarding the buyers agent tirades to me and asking me, "so what do you want to do?" "I don't know Cindy, what suggestions do you have...isn't that what I'm paying you for? Advice?" All Cindy did was raise her whinny voice and complain and argue. Cindy quickly went sour on my property and sympathized with the buyer. Additionally, she lacks tact evidenced by the fact the buyers agent

Jason was fantastic. He made the process easy. As a first-time home seller, as you can imagine, I had lots and lots of questions. Jason took the time to answer each and every question. As soon as I called, sent him a text, or e-mailed, he responded immediately with easy to understand answers and helpful issues to consider. I am 150% satisfied with Robert. I have no complaints/concerns/problems in regards to him. Reasons why Robert is an excellent realtor:

1. He listens to you and what your needs are whether buying or selling.

2. He dots the I's and crosses the T's. There are a million pieces of paperwork that you have to sign. He always made it easy to understand.

3. He knows the market. He knew the cost of the places around me, the ever changing interest rates and what price was appropriate for me to sell or buy at
