It's sort of a mish-mash of Asian-American dishes and flavors. If you're looking for traditional, authentic-tasting dishes, you probably won't enjoy this place. For example, their pad thai had more of a sweet & sour sauce unlike the more savory traditional pad thai, which made me think of it as more of a Thai-Chinese-American fusion dish.
All that being said, the service was good and friendly. And if you enjoy or are open to less traditional-tasting or fusion Asian food, you might enjoy it.

Has elevator music so it feels fancy. Plain fried rice was very good! Except they add eggs which isn't too bad. Maybe they will let me have with no eggs next time. Pad Thai was a little sweet instead of spicy. Prefer spicy. Rice picture turned out blurry but trust me it looked really good. Ate so fast cuz it was so good, I made myself full.

Where have you been my yummy chinese place. I have been looking for great chinese food since i left nyc. Had a pot of hot tea, egg rolls with sweet sauce and hot yellow mustart. Wong tong soup. Then orange zest chichen with jasmine rice. I was able to eat lunch here which is a rare treat. The place is great. It has a bar. Great service and the food was amazing. Skip pei wei or pf changs and come here for a great food experience. I wish i could give it more stars. Orange zest pic below.

I had high hopes for this place based on some of the reviews, but after eating here for lunch with my twins it was just ok. The steamed dumplings and fried wonton appetizers were really good, but the rest of our lunch entrées were just ok. The beef Ramen soup was very salty so my son didn’t eat much and the stirfry and fried rice dishes were ok. Maybe we just came on an off day.

Tried for the first time did not enjoy the food much. The food is just ok/not good. It is convenient to order from their website, not from a 3rd party and the delivery was fast. Free delivery within 3 miles was good but I'd rather pay a delivery fee to enjoy better food. Wish the website had a different layout. Could not see the full name of each food when ordering with a phone. We liked the wide noodles but all the rest was just not good/ok. One of the worst sweet and sour chicken and the black noodles I have ever tried.

Don't order food from Pan Acean in Coppell at the corner of Beltline and MacArthur!!
Terrible delivery service and bad customer service!!! We used to order often but the delivery person NEVER rings the doorbell so the food sits outside getting cold until we check the camera. So we started tipping really small amounts and would call and politely ask them to tell their delivery person to always ring the doorbell. The last 2 times in the last week they didn't ring the doorbell so we called and had them remove the tip. Today the food even came cold and the soup was barely warm. The owner

This must be one of the worst delivery experiences. I ordered and the food was left in the driveway, not on the porch. And it was raining. When I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager, he was like, did you get your food, that;s what matters, and on further discovery realized it was due to the tipping situation.
And he was like, listen to me, blah blah blah. On looking at the reviews from Phyllis J, it seems like this is a reoccurring situation.
Last time ever to order from here.

Probably the best restaurant in this area. The food was amazing, and it has big too. Every time we ordered any entree or appetizer here, you could always tell it was fresh. Our waiter was very friendly, and everyone in the facility was wearing a mask. The open kitchen and fish tank were also very nice touches to the restaurant. If your looking for good food in the area, this should be the first place you go to.

Overall it was a nice experience. The food was flavorful and well portioned. I liked the look and feel once inside. We had the egg drop soup, crispy garlic tofu, and crispy noodles with beef and mushrooms, all of which tasted good. The presentation of the tofu was a bit sloppy. We were the only guests, but there was a lot of catering traffic and they were training a new server so service started a bit slow. The taste was good enough and staff friendly enough to warrant a return visit.
I had a hard time finding a menu online and the website wouldn't load so I took pictures.
