Loyal customers and friends kept Main Street Bakery busy and allowed Chef Fabien to expand the menu and thus, the concept for Chez Fabien was born: Fine dining concept with French inspired cuisine. Executive Chef Fabien explored different regions in France for inspiration for our current menu. He wanted everyone to enjoy French cuisine his way: simple and delicious amongst friends and family.

Enjoy a glass of wine or unique cocktail in historic downtown Grapevine. Our French-inspired dishes will set the mood for a perfect night with your significant other or with friends and family. Chez Fabien is adjacent to Main Street Bakery. The Main Street Bakery is fast/casual counter service with limited seating, while Chez Fabien is fine dining for foodies who want to explore French inspired cuisines.

The service and the food were excellent and they split our salad for us. Happy hour wines are great!

Came in today for a birthday breakfast, service and food were all great. Recommend the Migas plate (it does not come with the croissant, I just have one because my partner didn't want theirs that came with the Parisien plate )

We came here for breakfast and this spot is definitely the busiest on the whole street. They have a nice takeout section for the bakery/coffee and then a separate indoor seating area. We got a few different breakfast items which were all great. Our server was also very friendly, I’d highly recommend getting their caramel iced coffee it was so good.

I like to come here for an [the best] almond croissant and the organic chai latte (as shown) in the DFW. The location, while busy, is always clean. I always see the bus lady making rounds to ensure there are no strangling dishes. The staff is always friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is very chill, even at its busiest, I always feel as though this is a place I can come and just unwind. I’ve had most all of their pastries. One of these days, I’m gonna wake up early enough to have breakfast because it always smells so good.

The atmosphere was lovely with a musician playing the guitar and singing away. The service was good. The food was however just an ok only. We ordered escargot but the garlic butter was lacking in flavor. The mussels was a dish in the main but the portion was so little like an appetizer. The pot that came with it was huge but mussels filled to 1/4 only. The fillet mignon was dry and we didn’t even get a steak knife to slice it. They were out of steak knife but eventually they found one after us struggling cutting the steak for sometime. The duck confit came with kale and it was way too salty.

Absolutely love this place. We try to dine in atleast once a week. The servings are big so you get what you pay for. I have not had anything I did not like. Every time we have visitors, I make it a point to bring them here and they love it. Only reason I did not give it a 5 start is due to the music. Walking into Chez, with the atmosphere and style, you expect to hear lounge or coffee lounge music, especially during the day. There’s usually a funk or oldie type music playing so makes you want to rush through your food and not as enjoyable. Not a big deal but the music makes a BIG difference.

I have been a fan of Main Street Bread Baking for a long time and enjoyed many a great meal. Then then transformed the area next door and created Chez Fabien. It has a great atmosphere and friendly staff. The food has always been tasty and fresh. One of my favorites on Grapevine Main St.

Classy establishment with top-drawer service and delicious French cuisine. The salmon was cooked to perfection and I highly recommend the bread pudding for dessert!

BEST. QUICHE. FLORENTINE. EVER.
It was so creamy and delicious. My husband had a crossiant sandwich that he really liked. His only complaint was it didn't have enough cheese. Otherwise, the portions were hearty. I like ambience of the place. It's a little tight in there. It felt like an old school lounge. They provided quick and friendly service.
