Made a reservation for brunch today. Upon arrival, saw several parties waiting and was told that there would be a delay as the restaurant only had 1 server working (yes..ONE server). Looking around, there were several large parties seated with NO FOOD. Our reservation that I made on Open Table was for 10:30am. We immediately knew it would be a long, slow, and likely miserable experience and left. Really disappointed as it looked like a very cool atmosphere, but more disappointed as this is a restaurant within Hotel Vin (Autograph Marriott managed property). No excuse for having only 1 server. There

We should have read the reviews before waiting 40 mins to eat here..
honestly they weren't even that busy but it was SUPER loud- we had a server AND a trainee who barely came around--at all.
The appetizer came BEFORE we even had our drinks. We ordered the goat cheese strawberry Crostinis which was SO SPICY. Our waiter did replace them with none of the spicy oil but that left them hard and flavorless. We ordered the lobster ravioli and, without requesting it being split and without our waiter mentioning it, they charged us $4 for a split plate fee. Ridiculous.

We went here to celebrate a birthday for our family. When we called to make a reservation due to our party size the restaurant was very accommodating for the time a lot we requested. The server checked in on us throughout the entire dinner service and had some great recommendations for us off of the menu. Julio was fantastic and gave us some great recommendations off the wine menu and checked on us several times to ensure we were enjoying our time at the restaurant. We have been here a few times before and definitely will be returning! I can't wait for our next food experience, I'm sure

Had dinner here....I mean the food is good but I do think it is overpriced. I get that if you are staying at the hotel is practical and convenient. With that said I am not sure I will eat at this restaurant if I wasn't staying at the hotel or had a car to go somewhere else. I order the Scallops, with the mashed potatoes, a beer and beignets.....all in all was $78 . Like I said, food was tasty but I think a bit overprices and thats why its getting 4 stars. Sorry

Ordered the 18 oz Cowboy Bone-in Ribeye with herb butter and potato purée for $59.00. I requested medium rare. It arrived pre-sliced with juice flowing all over the board. This was the smallest 18 oz steak that I've ever seen! The bone wasn't that big so I'm guessing this steak was nowhere close to being 18 oz even with the bone! For $60 I would expect to be happy with my steak, but sadly it was way over cooked. There was no pink edge and definitely no red center! The steak was cooked "well done", without a doubt. It was tender and flavorful, but not what I ordered. I

My fiancé and I went back to Bacchus for dinner and had a whole 180 experience from our first time. The complete dining experience was impeccable and had a phenomenal time. Our waiter, Hunter, was very attentive and the service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing 10/10 dinner. Hunter was extremely knowledgeable and made great recommendations. From the appetizer to the dessert, the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding; this has been the best meal I have been served in a while. Service was delightful and very

I love the atmosphere of this hotel restaurant and bar right by the trinity rail line. The service is impeccable. The drinks are strong and the food is pretty good. However, this night the steak didn't taste as good as the time before. I ordered the filet but it tasted like a different cut of meat and was tough. So I would definitely inquire about it before ordering next time. Overall, fun experience

So far not so good. Waitress passed by 3 times and were told she would be back to take our order. We paid $38 for two tickets for ?? . Not sure yet. Music-band is good. Will Update as the night progressed but so far not worth $38. Chill is looking better. Turns out -all the employees here seem to hate their jobs. There was not a single friendly face here during our night exploring the entire hotel, food court and bars. Everyone seems to be in a bad mood. We ordered from 4 different food kiosks, and 3 different bars and I can say there wasn't a single friendly smile from any of the employees

After having tried Harvest Hall a few times we decided to have a dinner at Bacchus. It did not disappoint, the atmosphere is very fun, but could get a little loud/rowdy due to the bar being in the center and harvest hall off to the side. But we enjoyed it!
Our meal highlights were the Bacchus Mule, fillet (!) and the burrata! The fillet was one of the best we have had in a while and the burrata was all the right flavors. We will be back.

Great place inside Hotel Vin. It's in the center of the hotel. Met a friend here for lunch on a Friday. Restaurant wasn't busy. The view is great. Huge windows that look out into a pretty outdoor seating area.
Service was great!! Christine was super friendly and knowledgeable. She was attentive and accommodating. She suggested a ton of great options for food and drinks.
We ordered the Salad of the Gods. It was fantastic. The dressing was great, the goat cheese was the perfect amount and the pecans and figs tied it all together. We also ordered the Shrimp and Grits. The grits were

Wow, what a great location inside the new Vin Hotel! This is open, spacious, and a place that really knows their wine. They had varietal glasses made by Riedel. I mean... LOTS of glasses, which truly enhanced the wine pairings. I didn't believe it until I tried a Cab out of a Pinot glass, and vice versa. If you are having a great glass or bottle of wine, it only makes sense to have the very best glassware and decanters to match it. This place knocks it out of the park. The food is unparalleled, and large format. Bacchus was the god of wine in mythology... but this place is no myth

We've given them several tries now! Although the location and atmosphere are on point, the food is overpriced, unimpressive, and odd! We first visited two weeks after opening and our charcuterie was fantastic but the steak and green beans lacked flavor. The waitress agreed and brought us several items to try and all were bad except French fries. That was in September. We gave them grace as it was newly opened!
We decided to try again for a pre-Christmas date. They weren't very busy but stuck us away from the main area despite making a specific request on our reservation. We felt like

Delicious Sunday brunch. Crispy bacon, perfectly cooked over-medium eggs, and their breakfast potatoes! my friend had a side of roasted mushrooms and the Butternut Squash Soup and loved it. chatty server. Coffee was pretty good.
Great atmosphere. Ask for a table by the windows and you can see the train go by. The turf is super cute and great for the kiddos.

Cassidy, Brooke, and Laura at the bar, are superb. Server Ian is a top notch addition to the team. Manager Sheresa W. is a gem. No really, I would hire Sheresa to work for me tomorrow if she'd let me. She's smart, attentive, kind, empathetic and goes above an expert level of service in every interaction.
Beyond that, the hostess is lovely and communicative, and the margs are delicious. I ate here 5 times throughout the week, as I was staying at the hotel, and 3/5 were good. Only two were less than stellar, and the managerial staff works hard to rectify any issues. I will say, almost

Great new spot to sit and watch the world go buy in Grapevine. Came on the 2nd night they were open and they were packed which was great to see.
Sat in the lovely lobby area just off the bar and to the left of the main entrance of the hotel in some comfy seats and enjoyed the 6 charcuterie board. The meats and cheeses were very good and fresh and the candied nuts(yum!).
Menu online said they had 8 cocktails on HH however there was only one and it was an Old Fashion. That happened to be my fav drink so of course I ordered! Crazy thing is it didn't even taste like an old fashioned? Color

We spent a pleasant couple of hours at the bar. It's opulent and is a great addition to the Main Street scene. This bar is in the heart of the hotel main floor and offers a nice card of seating options.
We had the six board charcuterie which was very good. Very skimpy portion of the duck unfortunately. Everything else was great.
HH was not impressive with only one Old Fashioned, one beer and a reduced price wine by the glass option.
Sadly, the OFs were poor. The bartender didn't seem to know they should have a cherry and be made with Rye not Jim Beam. Bar School, anyone?
