As General Engineering Consultant (GEC) to one of the nation's leading toll agencies, EAC oversees MDX's multi-million-dollar, five-year work program. EAC provided the following services: drainage, signing & pavement markings, reconstructing the balance of the roadway (approximately 9.7 miles) for a Design High Water of 8.5 NGVD 29 and 9.75 NGVD 29.
As a prime consultant, EAC was responsible for the design and permitting for the relocation of three utilities that were affixed to a replacement bridge that spanned the Turkey Creek Canal in Port Malabar for Palm Bay Utilities. EAC Consulting, Inc., is providing inspection and contract administration of this project involving roadway and minor bridge upgrades on SR-836 and I-395.
