When you arrive - call the front desk. A staff member will meet you in the parking lot to take your pet in to the hospital to be seen and returned to you when finished. We will do our best to use phone, FaceTime and email to communicate. Think ahead - write down your pet's history and symptoms, and questions for the doctor before you arrive.
These are trying times, but we will keep our staff safe so we can keep your pet safe and healthy. Remember we're all in this together! We will be accepting a limited number of drop off appointments in the mornings only on weekdays. Tech Services will remain unchanged, we ask that you please be patient with us.

After recently moving across the country, the process of finding a new vet for my three fur babes was stressful. I researched every vet in the area to make sure I found them the best care. Even after having done the research, admittedly I was still nervous. That is, until I actually visited this clinic for the first time. From the first moment I arrived, everyone I interacted with was especially kind, patient and communicative with my partner and I as we expressed our concerns and shared our pets' history. I've never seen my dog take to new people so quickly! The vet was incredibly knowledgeable

They create a space that is warm and family-like for you and your pet. When we had to put our Jack down, they were kind and understanding. They've kept everyone safe through this pandemic in creating a curb side drop off that maintains safety and calmness for our pets.

I needed a new Vet during the height of the COVID-19 Pandemic, and my dog had a sore that needed attention right around the same time I got diagnosed with COVID-19. I called Belcaro to see if they would accept a new patient and if they could help us without being able to see him physically. They worked with me to get all his vaccination history transferred over and treated his sore with photos I emailed from my phone and a few phone calls. They even let a friend of mine pick up his medication since I couldn’t do so myself! They are also currently working with me to try treating some digestion

This is my first experience taking my own dog to a vet, so I don't have anything necessarily to compare it to. We met with Dr. Fauron, who I personally really liked. She didn't seem like she was trying to push things for money and told us what she does and doesn't do for her own dogs which was really helpful in making our decisions. She also gave us a whole bag of treats after our first visit to try and get my dog to like going to the vet. Unfortunately, our second visit, he was still not a fan and actually refused to get out of the car. These visits have only happened during COVID

This has been our vet for the last 3 years and today our dog is ill and after calling to get her in to see our vet we were basically told they couldn't fit us in and we would have to figure it out ourselves! So much for being an animal hospital or a veterinary service that cares about its existing patients! We will be changing vets as when you have a sick animal you need and want someone you can count on!

Belcaro has been my vet for years now. I'm glad I changed vets and started coming to this one specifically. They are friendly, educated, flexible and always willing to solve any issues. Huge shout out to dr. Bechtold he is the best!! Recently my cat saw dr. Sweet and she lives up to that name! Love this place for my animal babies!

Did not have a good first experience here. When I called to let the receptionist know I was outside and ready to fill out my paperwork, she made it seem like a huge burden. They took my cat and came back to my car maybe 10 minutes later. Never called me to ask why I was coming in, the vet never called me to see what I was concerned about or what treatment they put in his ears. Then asked for my card without even telling me any charges. Disappointing and will not be returning to this vet.

I cannot say enough good things about this place and their docs. They are so thorough and caring. They really care about the animals they treat. They can do so much in house it's really a one stop shop for all your vet needs. They are doing a great job dealing with COVID and are working hard to ensure everyone gets in and out in timely manner. Prices are very fair. I will come back here again and again.

Great place that is not handling the virus situation with any finesse.
You I understandably wait in the parking lot for someone to come out and fetch your pet. That's good practice, with or without an appointment. But to leave us there for 45 minutes and more with no word from folks inside on how much longer we have to wait? And no estimate even when asked for one? For a place with no obvious working disruptions from the virus unlike lots of us pet owners, that's just taking advantage, disrespectful, or poor desk staff training, or all three.

Dr Herman is AMAZING! I cant say enough kind words about him and his "bedside" manner with our dogs Parker & Jackson. Jackson was diagnosed with atypical Addison's and he was so patient with us answering all of our questions in person and responding extremely quickly via email as well. We had a slight emergency with our dog Parker today and didn't realize they closed early due to a holiday however when I sent him an email pleading for help as we were headed out of town and opened the back door fo let us in and saw him when they were closed! We have used belcaro for over

Worst Vet experience I've ever had here. They let my dog with lymphoma with a high fever practically dying on the floor wait to be seen behind puppies getting routine check ups. I had to make a scene to get him in a room. They said we just needed to get his fever down and he probably didn't need to be put down right now. His heart stopped and died less than 12 hours later...suffered on his last day because of these people here.

I have been a customer of this vet clinic for some time because of their convenient Saturday morning drop ins. Then we got a young puppy who needed shots every few months and this vet has charged me an exam fee every time I have taken the puppy in. I expected to pay for an initial exam and then a minimal amount for each of the boosters that I thought could be administered by a vet tec. It's ridiculous for them to tell me that my young, healthy dog needs an exam with the vet every time she comes in. In my world we call this practice price gouging. We will be taking our three dogs and cat to
