Dr. Meriam Tadros recently acquired Denver Animal Hospital from Dr. Dan Berman in the summer of 2015. She is very excited and committed to carry on the legacy that Dr. Berman started at Denver Animal Hospital. Dr. Tadros received her Doctorate of Veterinary medicine degree from Cairo University in 1999 and completed a one year of internship at Oklahoma State University in 2003 for advanced training in small animal medicine and surgery.
Here at Denver Animal Hospital, we are pleased to have a large amount of veterinary services available for our patients. We are proud to be able to serve Denver, CO and our surrounding communities to give your pet the best care that they deserve! Dental care is vital to the overall health of any pet.
We LOVE Denver Animal Hospital and especially Dr. Tadros. She and her staff are amazing. She always takes care to dig down into whatever my cats' medical issues are and explain the diagnosis and test results thoroughly, then discuss the best possible treatment options. They always follow up and see how the animals are doing after treatment.

Dr. Lei has taken significant time to discuss our cat's emergency visits and care plan moving forward. She demonstrates true care and concern, and she explains everything very well. Also, the front desk staff makes scheduling and picking up food very easy. Couldn't have found a better vet! Oh and the lobby smells amazing which is rare for a vet clinic haha

I have a 7 y/o chihuahua/min-pin mix that's I've been taking here since he was four months old. I've had nothing but great experiences. They're on top of his annual vaccines and send me reminders ahead of time. I've never waited more than a few minutes in the waiting room. The front desk staff and techs are all incredibly kind and responsive. Briggs has seen Dr. Mich and more recently Dr. Ellsasser and they have both been amazing. They are gentle with Briggs, take their time to listen to my questions, and offer thorough explanations and options. Their prices have never seemed unreasonable. They

The services provided by this vet did a complete 180 in a matter of weeks. I was super pleased at first because they advised me on my first visit that my dog may have lupus, and they pulled strings and got me in for a biopsy in just a few days.
Fast forward to a month later. I was charged for three biopsies. Only two were sent for evaluation- both of which were faulty samples (too much hair and did not include any lesions) so the company evaluating them advised more biopsies may be warranted and could only note what the “suggested” diagnoses were.

Our pup had an infection from a foreign body (likely a splinter) in his paw. DAH assessed him and decided he needed to have a small procedure to remove tissue. He healed up faster than expected and we had no problems with his paw after that. He’s a nervous pup and they did an excellent job making him feel safe and welcome. Worth every penny!

I wouldn't take my fur babies anywhere else! They are always so thorough and informative! I always see dogs going in so calm and willingly with the nurses because they know they are going to be well taken care of! I also appreciate their affordability. My Nova had to get a tooth removed and we paid less than $1,000 for everything! I always have peace of mind when taking my fur babies in for a regular check up as well as when my girl had to get surgery!

Denver Animal Hospital and their entire staff are knowledgeable, kind, and great with my dog that has two auto-immune diseases. Dr. Tadros was able to stabilize his symptoms and although my Beowulf is on medication for the rest of his life, he has a great quality of life. Any future pets will be under DAH care.

After a bad experience with my old provider, a coworker had recommended DAH. I am so happy with my care here! My cat needed dental surgery and both Dr Mich and Laura were SO sweet, kind and patient with my elderly cat. I am usually not one to do reviews, but I had to come on here and say how much I appreciated their care today. Also - my bill ended up being lower than the estimate. Win all around!

Incredible staff. My dog essentially collapsed last night 5 minutes before they closed. I called and frantically asked what to do, and they didn't hesitate to tell her to come right in. They stuck around for… more than an hour after that, treating my dog and educating me on what was going on. This staff truly cares about not just the well-being of your pets, but about YOU. 90% of vets would've told me that they were closed for the day and to check out an emergency vet with later hours. I NEVER give reviews online, but their service, compassion, and immediate action compelled me to leave

I've never felt anything but support and compassion from the people at Denver Animal Hospital. We just moved to Denver and didn't have a relationship with a vet yet - they were amazing through our dog's last weeks and even sent us a card after she passed, signed by everyone. I'd never hesitate to refer them. Thank you to this team for everything!
