Position between kwik trip and Wally World. Beautiful sunsets along the west end. Fenced in doggy park with furry friends galore. Great community where people will wave back when driving around and about the grounds. Paved path for people who wanna burn calories or maybe go for a romantic walk. Clean pool to cool off in during those hot summer days. Not only do I recommend this complex to YOU, I’ll recommend it to my grandkids when the time comes.

Just moved in 3 short months ago but my husband has been here for 2.5 years already. Overall we really enjoy the place. Never hear anything through the walls but can definitely hear the unit below. Quick to respond to most maintenance requests during the week. Beautiful apartments but definitely cheaper finishing touches. Stacked washer and dryer is not my favorite and has to run multiple times to get anything dry no matter the size load with cleaned vents after every use. Nobody pays attention to which dumpster is garbage or recycling and just throws there stuff in the first dumpster they see

Go north on Green Bay rd and pay the extra $50 a month. This place is terrible! Lived there for one year and would never do it again. The apartments look nice, but there are several big issues. I could hear EVERYTHING my upstairs neighbor did! She liked yelling on the phone late in the evenings (specifically someone named Ashley; poor gal). Don’t expect snow to be removed in a reasonable fashion. My front walkway would not be shoveled on average of 3 days after a snowfall. They do not salt so expect to fall on ice A LOT if you walk in the parking lot. They are not responsive to maintenance requests

I’ve really been enjoying living at Market Square Apartments. The rooms are spacious with lots of storage areas and have an overall modern and clean feel. The workers are very friendly and helpful and I very much enjoy all the amenities. I love how pet friendly it is and the location is perfect. Rent price is a little high but pretty reasonable compared to other similar places. I would recommend to a friend.

I've had the pleasure of living at Market Square for 1 year. The only reason I'm moving out is because I found a house, otherwise I definitely would have stayed! The landlords are great! They hold fun competitions like "best holiday-decorated patio" or "guess how many are in the jar." If you have a maintenance issue, they usually handle it right away. I love all the accommodations they provide like the gym and the pool. My roommate and I frequently took walks on the walking path. I also love the in-unit laundry, central air, dishwasher, walk-in closets, and giant kitchen counters! It's in a pretty
