This place was amazing when Kacey was here. He made this place feel like a family. Recently we changed property manager Sam. She lacks people skills, the first email she sent was very unfriendly and you got the feeling this is just a job for her. Everyone at the community has complained to each other about her. It's the small things that really matter to us. When Kacey was around we where allowed to have our grills and plants outside. We would regularly have our neighbors over and grill. Now she is requesting that we get rid of our grills because it's a hazard. So far we haven't had any issues

I am a current resident. The previous manager was amazing. The new management staff is terrible. 3+ hour lunches and never responds to emails/calls. Once my lease is up I will be gone. Had I known management would take such a negative turn I would not have renewed my lease for 12 months. Neighbors above are loud and obnoxious. Management does nothing. Had to resort to leaving notes on the door about noise complaints. After 14 months on this property they try to ammend and force you to sign new rental agreements.

I have been a resident here for over two years. I would have given this place 5 stars if you would have asked me 2 months ago. The old property manager here Kasey was amazing and cared about every individual resident, he left recently and now we have a new manager Sam who is going through each individual who lives here just trying to see how she can charge us more money. I am getting calls every day from other angry residents. corporate needs to fix the issue with her before me and lots others more out. you need people skills to run a apartment. Terrible manager.

I lived here for about four years and I loved it. The manager Kacey is amazing, always taking care of everyone, super nice, super professional. The community is nice. Neighborhood is nice. Great and quick maintenance team. Such a drama free community. Having such a great manager who can respond to your needs quickly and manage everything smoothly is a plus!

I really enjoyed every process of moving in to Marbella apt. I was able to apply and sign the lease safely via electronic which was a huge plus to my busy schedule. The apartment I moved into was also very nice and clean, I am very satisfied with my move in. Also Kim really took time to go through move-in walk through which was very thorough and had things fixed up ASAP when she found minor problems. The move in process was truly pleasant and I am very happy with this apartment!

Easily one of the nicest places in Clovis. It's gated, and contrary to some of the other reviews, I rarely saw the gates not working. They maintain the property nicely, new paint on the entire complex, annual tree trimming, weekly landscape maintenance, etc. There's a walking path throughout the grounds and dozens of pet stations with bags. The clubhouse has a pool, spa and fitness center. Units all come with garages, and the majority of them are attached with interior access. Recently, they even added Nest thermostats. Overall nice amenities throughout the community. The entire staff is friendly

I have lived here for 1 year and enjoy it! Any maintenance issues are handled and taken care of promptly; friendly staff and residents; have used the pool and hot tub often; great location; landscaping is kept up; buildings have just been repainted; new Nest thermostats were just installed; and it's very quiet in my unit. Rental rates seem comparable to other similar living options. It had been years since I had lived in an apartment, but this experience has been great!
