When it comes to orthodontic care, catching a problem before it worsens can significantly improve the results of treatment. An early evaluation can give orthodontists the opportunity to detect any issues, and begin treatment as soon as possible. By guiding the growth and development of the teeth and mouth, the need for more intensive care, later on, may be avoided.
When you walk into our beautifully decorated office, full of kid-friendly furniture, games, books, and toys, you and your child will feel at home. Your child is welcome to enjoy Disney movies and video games while they wait, or climb in the tree house. Parents are free to sit back, relax, enjoy a cup of coffee or connect to the internet via our free Wi-Fi.
If you're one of those people who is used to only brushing once or twice a day, we hope you change that habit once your braces are on. Infrequent brushing can cause plaque to build up and lead to cavities and scarring of your teeth. We recommend you brush your teeth four times each day to fend off those pesky food particles that want to gather on your teeth and braces.

Our hygienist Jamie was absolutely amazing this morning! She was great with our unpredictable toddler and knew exactly how to interact with her to reduce anxiety. We got through an entire cleaning without any issues whatsoever. Both Dr. Itty and Jamie were incredibly thorough and really took the time to teach and explain things which I really appreciated. I cannot express enough how happy I am with this practice!

Everyone here from the staff I spoke to in person or by text who assisted with my sons surgery is beyond the best. I live in Phoenix, but they are all well worth the drive. Everyone here is so caring, comforting, understanding, & respectful. Not just to the parents, but to the kids & that means the world to me. Great experience, I would recommend them to anyone!

I was new to Arizona and my prior dentist out of state recommended this office. I can't express how pleased I am with everyone in this office and Dr. Tim is AMAZING!! He is by far the BEST dentist my children have ever had!! I highly recommend this dentist. Thank you Dr. Tim and staff for always making it such a pleasant experience for my kids.

Our two daughters have been patients of APDO for a few years and we’ve always been provided with great care. This summer my youngest daughter had two cavities, one which was very serious and needed immediate attention. We typically see Dr. Wilson who is fantastic but at this time Dr. Itty was scheduled to perform my daughter’s procedure. Dr. Itty and his staff handled the entire experience with such care, compassion and efficiency. My daughter is only four and it was a nerve-racking experience for both Of us especially during such a difficult time of Covid. They explained everything before

No flexibility on when braces are put on and taken off. For kids in school that is not feasible for an office to mandate that kids must miss school for a doctor's appointment. Other very reputable ortho doctors offer weekend and afternoon appointments - surprising this office does not even attempt to be be patient-need-focused. We have another son about to start treatment and we will not be continuing with this team based primarily on this inflexible policy.

This team of Dentists and Orthodontists saved us! Our kids were at the brink of of being terrified of dental work for good. Dr. Tim is my hero for his amazing intuition and ability to make kids feel respected and calm. He injects fun and humor as he does it. Truly a magician when it comes to making a hard thing easy for kids. I was referred by another mom; I am so grateful and I'll never look back.

I've lived in the Valley for 12 years and, even though I know dozens of people who rave about APDO, today was my first visit with my 12 year old for an ortho consult. After today, I just wish I had started coming here 12 years ago! This is the calmest, friendliest dental office I have ever been in. Every one we interacted with on the staff was knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful, and thorough.
Dr. Feinberg was extremely knowledgeable and took his time really making sure we understood his suggested ortho treatment/course of action. The staff is terrific at putting kids and parents at ease.

Nice group of people, great manner with kids, but unfortunately we're not happy with the results of our teen's teeth alignment post-braces. The lateral incisors are both still recessed between the central incisors and canines (not even close to flush). One side more than the other, but neither side is flush. It's just a less obvious version of the problem we started with. I searched online for any examples of post-braces teeth that look this unfinished, trying to make myself feel better about the result, and I only found a couple out of the 200 or more pics I looked at.

If you have any negative thoughts or feelings towards an orthodontics office let APDO crush them!! This place is absolutely wonderful. Not only have they treated my son but I was a patient as well. Everyone from the front office staff, to the doctors are nothing short of FANTASTIC!!! While we love everyone there Dr Goldstein and Carla are our very very favorites. We are so please with the end results but sad our time with these amazing people has come to an end.

Without turning this post into a novel, this is the BEST pediatric dentistry I’ve ever taken my kids to. We have only been here two times, and I’m in love. The staff are so caring, patient, and just go above… and beyond to make your children feel comfortable and understand ever step, no matter their age! I took my two sons here today, and I can confidently say I will never switch dentistries. Dr. Tim is so playful, and genuinely loves his patients. He even sang to my newly two year old son whole cleaning his teeth, and he wasn’t even fussing!! It was just because. 💕

This was my daughter's first ever dental appointment at almost 1 1/2 years old. We live in Atlanta and were visiting my family in Phoenix. My dentist here said a pediatric dentist wasn't necessary. But, I didn't agree. I had anxiety over it because I had terrible experiences as a child. So, my sister set me up with her son's dentist and I am so happy I went. The doctor and staff were amazing with her. She felt at ease and had a very positive experience. They took time to show us how to brush her teeth properly. And now she brushes twice a day on her own while I help floss. We are headed back soon

We had such an incredible first visit at Affiliated Pediatric Dentistry!! Our son is 2 years old and he loved the office. He enjoyed looking at all of the fish and going down the slide in the waiting room. All of the team members we met were so friendly and helpful. Jamie did a great job of answering our questions and informing us about what to expect. Despite this being his first time ever going to the dentist, our son was incredibly calm and relaxed because of the wonderful staff. Dr. Danielle was AMAZING. We shopped around for Orthodontics. We did 3 consultations before coming to see Dr. Masserman. From the second we walked in it felt right. The lobby was so kid friendly (which is great since I will have to… bring my younger children to the appointments), the staff was so friendly, and the doctor was very knowledgeable! They use the latest technology and I was excited about the plan they gave us. They really impressed me in every way without overselling anything. They were sincere and made us feel very welcomed. I am beyond mortified at what happened with my 9 year old son today at Affiliated Pediatric Dentistry at the hands of the anesthesiologist Reuben Turner, DDS. We went in to have his tooth pulled under general anesthesia at their Greyhawk office. The dentists at the office were already aware of how immensely frightened my son was of having really anything done in his mouth other than cleaning and we had previously tried a different route which only ended in tears. When speaking with the anesthesiologist during our consult prior to the procedure I made him aware of the situation

We love the professionalism of this office. From the moment Barb greets you at the Front Desk to the moment you are seated in the dentist chair, you feel welcomed and comforted. The appointment was smooth and the office did not waste a minute of our time. Everyone was friendly and considerate and put my son at ease while he was getting his full set of braces put on. My son was at ease and enjoyed selecting band colors for his braces.

Dr. Tim Wilson, Heather, and the whole staff were fantastic for the recent extraction of three baby teeth in my 7 year old, preparing for orthodontic treatment. She was calm and comfortable for the whole event. Everything was explained to both of us thoroughly. Even though the office was busy, they were efficient and the staff never seemed rushed. They took the time to focus on the task at hand, answered all my questions, and made sure she was comfortable.

Our small child has been seen by the staff here multiple times and I have always felt that she is in very capable hands. Each staff person has been genuine and caring with her and has helped both my daughter and myself stay calm during x-rays and exams (no easy feat with a 22 month old). We are grateful for the knowledge, care and efficiency of the office staff, helping us navigate through difficult decisions. The office facilities are well-designed and offer a comfortable (and FUN!) environment for children.

I am never dissatisfied with the care of Dr. Tim and his caring staff. I always tell people that his gift for interacting with children is like magic. He is able to communicate easily with my 1 year old, my 6 year old and my 8 year old, meeting each on their level of understanding, without missing a beat. I recall the horror of my childhood dental appointments and I am so glad my kids have this positive experience each time they go in for a checkup. Thank you so much, Dr. Tim!!
